摘要： PURPOSE:To attain uniformities of the mixing, kneading, and temperature of materials by forming the first and second screws in full-flight, and also forming a cylindrical mixing section in peripheral area between both screws. CONSTITUTION:The first and second screw 2, 3 integrally formed by being inserted axially into the cylinder of an injection molding machine are formed full-flight, and a cylindrical mixing section 4 is provided in peripheral area between both screws 2 and 3. A rotation force from the first driving shaft 9 is transmitted to the first and second screws 2 and 3 and a rotation force from the second driving shaft 5 is transmitted to the mixing section 4 independently from the first and second screws 2 and 3. By said constitution, a material 10 supplied from a hopper 6 is sent to the mixing section 4 by the second screw 3, sufficiently mixed there, and then supplied from a nozzle 7 to metal molds.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the subject device wherein the diameter of the shaft screw is rendered into a large diameter and a volume adjusting space is provided at the junction part betwen the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion thereby to prevent the break of the screw in a small size device. CONSTITUTION:In an extruding machine comprising a material charging port 12, a degassing port 13, and an exhaust port 14, the shaft part of a screw 2 is rendered into a large diameter portion 21 and the front part thereof into a small diameter portion 22. The junction 24 of the large diameter part 21 and the small diameter part 22 has merely a conical surface, and a cylinder corresponding thereto also has a conical surface, whereby an adjusting space 5 is formed. The screw 2 is keyway fitted at the driving part 4, whereby its postion can be shifted longitudinally and the volume at the adjusting space 5 can be adjusted. As a result, even when a large torque is applied to the screw, it is not broken but there is no stalmate in the vent- up and exhaustion quantity, and the regeneration treatment of plastic films and the like can be carried out stably and economically.

Operator can adjust extruding pressure to obtain the most suitable pressure by rotating the cylinder 31 and watching a continuous variation of the mixing condition for fluidic material in a mixing roller and stopping the rotation of the cylinder 31 when the best mixing condition has been obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase frictional force thus multiplying plasticizing capacity by providing ragged grooves at the inner surface of a plasticizing cylinder as well as a cooling section at the outer surface of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Tapered ragged grooves 3 is formed from an inlet 1 at the inner surface of a pasticizing cylinder 2. As a screw 6 rotates, a resin material is plasticized and mixed while it is transfered toward an outlet. The resin material charged in the groove of the screw 6 is cooled by a flange 5 that has cooling holes 4 at the outer surface of the cylinder 2. The plasticized molten resin is prevented from penetrating into the groove 3 so that high frictional force is kept all the time. Although the secrew 6 retructs after the plasticized resin has been stored in a screw head 9, it is desirable to select the length of a supplying section of the screw 6 being longer than the maximum stroke by 3 to 6 times of the diameter of the screw in order to increase plasticizing efficiency.
