      【解決手段】 ベースと挟持装置で組成され、ベース内に移動装置が設けられ、且つ移動装置に駆動装置が接続され、挟持装置にサポートフレームが設置され並びに移動装置に接続され、且つサポートフレームにピンが設置され、並びにサポートフレームの上方にサポートアームが枢設され、且つサポートアームの一側にピンを挿入できる複数の凹溝が設けられ、並びにもう一側に嵌め溝が設けられて各種サイズの表示パネルの位置決めに用いられ、これにより装置の購入コストを減らし、さらに挟持装置に設けられたサポートフレームに枢設されたサポートアームを利用して、表示パネルをサポートアームの回転により裏返し、表示パネルの試験或いは加工を行なうことができ、裏返すのに必要な時間を節約し、加工と試験コストを減らす。

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece support device to prevent a part mounted on a lower surface of a workpiece from getting in contact with a support rod member when a plurality of sorts of workpieces are being carried. SOLUTION: A distribution rod 7 and a support rod 6 are respectively provided on a distribution piston 5 and a support piston that can be reciprocated freely on the same axis. The support rod 6 supported by the distribution rod 7 at a foremost position is set at an intermediate position. The support rod 6 at the foremost position gets in contact with The lower surface of the workpiece to support it in contact with it. Among the support rods 6 at the intermediate positions, the one disposed to correspond to the part on the lower surface of the workpiece only is pushed down for distribution movement. Supply of compression air is switched to an air pressure chamber 10 for advancing or to an air pressure chamber 11 for retreating of the distribution pistons 5. The corresponding distribution piston 5 and the support rod 6 are moved to retreat to a backmost position.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work support device which does not move with the resilient deformation of a body of the device caused by pressing a collet against the body thereof.
      SOLUTION: The collet 22 is fitted on a support rod 14 to be movably provided in the direction of the axial line in the body 2. The collet 22 has first and second tapered peripheral surfaces 30, 31 which are tilted each other in the opposite directions of the axial line and a protrusion 33 on the upper end thereof. A lower surface 35 of the collet 22 and an end surface 33a of a protrusion 33 thereof abut on inner end surfaces 34, 36 of the body 2 and constrain the movement of the collet 22. The collet 22 is subjected to a pressing force from first and second pistons 23, 24 which are arranged outside the collet 22 through a steel ball 38. However, directional components of the pressing force in the upward and downward directions are offset, thus the collet 22 is not pressed to the body 2, and the movement of the collet 22 caused by deformation of the body 2 is prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robust clamping device suitable especially for a pallet system for processing a workpiece by mounting the workpiece on a pallet. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a clamping chuck 1 and a workpiece supporting body 40 releasably mounted on the clamping chuck 1. A center opening 2 of the clamping chuck 1 has a conical inserting part 3 to dispose a clamping pin 30 of the workpiece supporting body 40 in an X- and/or a Y- directions, and the clamping pin 30 has at least a surface part 35 corresponding to the shape of the conical inserting part 3. Surface parts 5 and 6 as fastening members of a Z-direction are provided on a top part of the clamping chuck 1. The dimension of the clamping pin 30 is fixed so that a gap may exist between a flat bottom surface 41 of the workpiece supporting body 40 and the surface part 35 of the clamping chuck 1. When a clamping unit of the clamping chuck 1 is operated, the clamping pin 30 and/or a region around the center opening 2 is elastically deformed, the workpiece supporting body 40 is pulled toward the surface parts 5 and 6, and the flat bottom surface 41 of the workpiece supporting body 40 is rested on the surface parts 5 and 6 of the clamping chuck 1.
