The cool box registers the password number of the card 2 inserted thereinto and, when detecting the identification thereof with an input password number, unlocks, and transmits the signals according to the storage to the commodity and an unlocking signal to the server. On the other hand, when the server cannot receive the unlocking signal within a specified time after the receipt of the commodity storage signal, the server prompts the orderer to make a trade on the commodity.
