SOLUTION: The vertically extended edge part of a rear plate 13 is fitted and fixed into a vertically extended groove 12 formed on a side plate 11. In this case, the side plate 11 is provided with an engraved part 14 for housing the heads of machine screws 15, which is screwed from the rear side of such furniture 1 through an edge part inside the groove 12 into the side plate 11, without protruding the head over the vertically extended end face of the rear side plate 11 and with this engraved part 14, the side plate 11 and rear plate 13 are fixed by the machine screws 15.
