    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device, having a glitch-removing filter intended to reduce the power consumption, and to improve the characteristics. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device has a filter circuit for removing glitches contained in logic signals. The filter circuit has a first delay circuit which is activated for a fixed time to delay each leading edge of the input logic signal, after the timing of its leading edge, a second delay circuit which is activated for a fixed time, to delay each trailing edge of the input logic signal after the timing of its trailing edge, and an output driver, controlled by the outputs of the first and second delay circuits, to provide a delayed output of the input logic signal.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output driver and method for reducing the coupling noise.
      SOLUTION: The output driver for reducing the coupling noise comprises a first transistor, a second transistor, and a noise filter part. In the output driver, the first transistor has a first end connected to a first voltage, a second end connected to a first node, and data applied to the gate. The second transistor has a first end connected to the first node and a second end connected to the output node. The noise filter can be constituted of a capacitor connected between the gate of the first transistor and the gate of the second transistor. A coupling capacitor between the gate of the second transistor and the output node and a coupling capacitor between the gate of the second transistor and the first node can remove the coupling noise, which occurs on the gate of the second transistor, by using the data applied to the gate of the first transistor.
