    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a wired circuit board which can accurately inspect foreign matter and prevent a wired circuit board from being overheated. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the wired circuit board 1 includes the steps of preparing an insulating base layer 2, forming a wire 6 on the insulating base layer 2, forming an insulating cover layer 5 on the insulating base layer 2 so as to cover the wire 6, and irradiating the insulating cover layer 5 with light with a wavelength of more than 700 nm and less than 950 nm to inspect for foreign matter 11 with a reflected light from the insulating cover layer 5. Thus, when any foreign matter 11 exists in the cover insulating layer 5, the presence of the foreign matter 11 can accurately inspect with a reflected light from the wire 6 and the foreign matter 11, or when no foreign matter 11 exist in the cover insulating layer 5, it can be inspected with a reflected light from the wire 6 in the same manner.
