CONSTITUTION:The pressure of a high pressure gas in a high pressure gas bottle 3 is first reduced by a pressure reducing valve R mounted near the inside of the high pressure gas bottle 3, and then to its working pressure by a pressure regulating valve C. Each part size of the pressure regulating valve C with a discharging barrel port projecting from a valve body 2 can be miniaturized by the pressure reducing valve R mounted at the upper side of the pressure regulating valve C. Accordingly dimensions projecting from the valve body 2 of the pressure regulating valve C become smaller, and the risk for the pressure regulating valve C to strike against an obstacle can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the pressure of carbonic acid gas from a carbonic acid gas bomb, as a power source in a place where no electrical power, etc. is available by providing such as arrangement that a pressure reducing valve mechanism which is communicatable with the inside of a secondary chamber is made communicatable with a seal opening mechanism for opening the gas bomb, and as well by forming a fluid discharge port in the secondary pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:When the front end of a carbonic acid gas bomb 6 is screwed into a bomb screwing connection 47, a seal-opening needle 41 opens the bomb 6 so that carbonic acid gas is discharged. The carbonic acid gas flows through a passage 41 in the seal opening needle 41, the gap between a through-hole 28 and a valve rod 30, a pressurizing chamber 26 and a passage 27 in a movable member 24, and pushes a valve ball 13 in a check valve 10 toward a secondary pressure chamber 2. Further, the gas flows through a passage 15 in the secondary pressure chamber 2 into the inside of the secondary pressure chamber 2. The carbonic acid gas in the secondary pressure chamber 2 is a gas whose pressure is lowered to a value which is lower than that of the gas bomb 6, and therefore, may be fed into a fluid operable actuating apparatus 8.

CONSTITUTION:An emergency shutoff valve 54 is provided in a delivery side space 52 in a pump casing 22, closing a fluid passage in case of emergency. That is, an emergency shutoff device 70 with a built-in overflow detector is liquid- tightly secured to a delivery port 62 by mounting bolts 55 through a gasket 26 under the condition such that the emergency shutoff valve 54 of this emergency shutoff device 70 is inserted into the delivery side space 52 in the pump casing 22. Accordingly, an effect is obtained for preventing the generation of gas in a suction side,being the weak point in a conventional system, caused by resistance of the emergency shutoff valve.
