    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a cushion panel to be latched rotatably around the shaft of a rear rod and capable of securing ride comfort, restricting an increase of parts items, when stretching a cushion panel in the back and forth direction of a cushion frame of a vehicle seat. SOLUTION: This cushion panel includes: a receiver surface formed from a plate-like member 33 to receive a pad; and a rear part latch structure 51 extended backward from the receiver surface so as to be latched by a rear rod 27 stretched in the cross direction in a rear part of a cushion frame. The receiver surface is structured of a plate surface of a plate-like member 33, and includes a rear inclined part 49 inclined upward in a rear part of the receiver surface. The rear part latch structure 51 includes: a first latch piece 53 formed by bending a rear end of the plate-like member 33 downward; and a second latch piece 57 formed by cutting and bending the rear inclined part 49 of the receiver surface downward.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive deformation of a side frame when an impact force is applied to a seat back frame at a rear collision.SOLUTION: In the vehicle seat 10, a back side frame 44 includes an inner bracket 60. When a rearward impact force is applied to a seat back frame 42 to deform the back side frame 44 and the amount of displacement of the back side frame 44 reaches a reference amount, a groove part 66 of the inner bracket 60 abuts on a connecting rod 36 to prevent deformation of the back side frame 44. Excessive deformation of the back side frame 44 is prevented, accordingly. When the back side frame 44 abuts on the connecting rod 36, the impact force applied to the back side frame 44 is transmitted to the connecting rod 36 via the inner bracket 60. The impact force is prevented from being input to a recliner 32, as well.
