    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the small-sized, light-weight modulator having modulation depth of a transmitter by connecting one end of a crystal oscillator to the drain terminal of an electric field effect transistor and turning the other end of the crystal oscillator and the source of the transistor to two-terminal elements. SOLUTION: One end of the crystal oscillator 1 for which an intrinsic electric resonance frequency is f1 Hz and the drain terminal D of the electric field effect transistor 2 are connected. Then, the other end of the crystal oscillator 1 and the source terminal S of the electric field effect transistor 2 are turned to the two-terminal elements and an oscillation circuit is formed. Then, a bias power source 4, an impedance 5 and a signal source 3 to be changed by f2 Hz are connected between the gate G and source terminal S of the electric field effect transistor 2. Thus, this modulation circuit of a telemeter transmitter for performing the FM modulation of the frequency of f1 Hz by the frequency of f2 Hz is formed. By combining such an electric field effect transistor and a crystal oscillator, the small-sized and light-weight modulator of the transmitter provided with sufficient modulation depth is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of biting between a screw fastening device socket and a fastened screw by perform controlling such that a motor is driven in the normal direction at the time of fastening the screw, and the motor is driven in the reverse direction with a low torque when a normal/reverse rotation changeover switch is switched to the reverse rotation side after the completion of fastening operation. SOLUTION: To screw a screw to be fastened into a fastening body, first a normal/ reverse rotation changeover switch 8 of a screw fastening device 1 is operated to the normal rotation side and an operation switch 4 is operated, and then a motor 5 is rotated normally so that the screw is screwed into the fastening body. Next, when the switch 8 is operated to the reverse rotation side after the completion of fastening operation, an output voltage is turned zero (0) by a normal/reverse rotation detector 16, then the set output of a drive power setter 15 is changed over to the set output by a reverse rotation low torque setting circuit 15L and the motor 5 is changed over to the low torque reverse rotation mode. The biting between a socket and the screw to be fastened is prevented by the changeover to the low torque reverse rotation mode in the motor, thereby facilitating easy release of the socket from the screw.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the gain adjustment of torque by screwing a correction screw for gain adjustment, which is brought into contact with a head member, into a screw hole passing through the inside and outside of a handle. SOLUTION: In a cylindrical handle 1, a correction screw 17 to adjust gain is screwed into a screw hole 16 which is formed through a head member supporting part 25 formed in recessed shape. Also the correction screw 17 is rotated so as to adjust the projected length δ of the top end of the correction screw 17 and thus adjust the gain of a torque wrench. After the adjustment, a tapered screw 18 is screwed in so as to secure the positioning of the correction screw 17. In this way, the correction screw 17 for adjusting gain is screwed and held to the handle 1 so as to eliminate the cause to lower the strength of a head member tail part.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a large torque from a small force by coupling a wrench to an output shaft attached with a sector gear which is meshed with a gear attached to an input shaft, so as to turn a large nut. CONSTITUTION: A force boosting device 1 is attached to a shaft or the like to which a nut 15 is fastened, with the use of a drop preventing holder or the like, and a repulsion receiving arm 22 is set. Then, a small torque wrench is set to a counterclockwise rotating input shaft 3 or a clockwise rotating input shaft 4, and is turned so as to rotate a gear 4A meshed with a sector gear 5 which is therefore rotated and which is integrally incorporated with a driven rod 6 which is unrotatably fixed to the output shaft fixed thereto with a nut 16. When the input shaft 3 or 4 is tuned by the small torque wrench, a large force which is boosted by a gear ratio between the gear 3A or 4A and the sector gear 5, and accordingly, a large nut 15 can be easily fastened, thereby it is possible to enhance the working ability.

In this condition, a temporary fastening handle 14 is pushed, resisting a spring 20, so as to engage a square shaft 15 with a square hole 19 of an output shaft 5. The temporary fastening handle 14 is operated so as to screw the bolt 31 at a high speed, and after seating a bolt 31, the square shaft 15 is engaged with a square hole 18 of an input shaft 9, and the temporary fastening handle 14 is turned, and the rotating force thereof is amplified through an epicyclic gear 8 so as to rotate the output shaft 5, and the bolt 31 is temporarily fastened. Thereafter, a torque wrench main body 25 is turned so as to securely fasten the bolt 31.

    • PURPOSE: To perform screw fastening work at high speed with high accuracy by judging that a seat surface of a screw joins to a surface of a fastening object when the screw is fastened by a screw fastener by a level of a time differential value of a torque signal by a torque signal detector. CONSTITUTION: A motor 12 of a motive power type screw fastener 11 is driven by electric power supply 16, and an output shaft 15 is rotated, and when screw fastening work is started, a screw fastening torque signal Q is outputted from a torque signal detector 14 according to screw fastening. Then, this torque signal Q is inputted to a signal differential circuit 19, and an obtained differential signal is inputted to a second signal comparing circuit 21, and is compared with a specified torque value. When the seating is judged, a speed reduction signal is outputted to a deiving circuit 17 from the circuit 21. In a first signal comparing circuit 20, the torque signal Q is compared with the specified torque value, and when completion of screw fastening is judged, a stopping signal is outputted to the driving circuit 17 from the circuit 20, and the motor 12 is stopped.
