    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monochromatic/color reflective/light-transmissive electrophoresis display device capable of suppressing the occurrence of crosstalk and performing simple matrix driving by using electret charged fine particles and charged magnetic fine particles generated by quantum beam irradiation. SOLUTION: The electrophoresis display element and the reflective electrophoresis display device include: a first substrate; a first driving electrode arranged on the first substrate; a second substrate arranged opposite to the first substrate; a second driving electrode arranged on the second substrate; a white insulating liquid filled in a prismatic or cylindrical barrier wall constituted between the first substrate and the second substrate; and dispersed spherical colored negatively charged fine particles and spherical colored negatively charged magnetic fine particles, whereby the electrophoresis display elements having electrodes between which an alternating current electric field, an alternating magnetic field and both fields superimposed are applied and agitation is performed, capable of vertically moving the colored phoretic fine particles are assembled and, thereby, the reflective electrophoresis display device and the light-transmissive electrophoresis display device which achieve a high definition image display and permit full color and dark place usage are provided.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new generator for e.g., microbubbles. SOLUTION: The bubble generator 1 consists of a body 2 and a ball 3. Inside the body 2, there is a ball house 5, and an opening 8 is formed on the front end side of the ball house 5. The opening 8 is narrowed so as to hold the ball 3. Radial grooves 11 are formed on the seat surface 10 of the ball house 5, and the grooves 11 communicate with the inside wall 16 of the ball house 5 and reach the opening 8 at the front end. The bubble generator 1 is used by being attached, alone or together with other such generators, to the wall surface of e.g., a cistern and allowing its front end to reach the inside of a liquid. A gas such as air or a gas/liquid mixture is fed from the back hole 6 on the rear end side at a specified pressure and is injected into a liquid from the vacancy 20 of the opening 8 at the front end.
