摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological magnetism measuring instrument that can perform precise and stable measurement and treat users of various chest sizes due to a change in target parts or individual body sizes. SOLUTION: This biological magnetism measuring instrument is provided with multiple SQUID sensors 21 detecting magnetic signals of a subject and a Dewar 3 housing the sensors 21. The Dewar 3 is formed so that multiple detecting faces are spatially close to the surface of a subject body, and the intervals between the multiple SQUID sensors 21 are spatially changed in the Dewar 3. For example, distribution intervals are made narrower at the curved part of the Dewar 3 so that the distribution density of sensors becomes higher at the area.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form arbitrarily and inexpensively the shape of a Dewar in which a magnetic sensor is set and to ensure accurate cooling performance of the magnetic sensor even when it is formed into an arbitrary shape. SOLUTION: A biomagnetism measuring apparatus is provided with a Dewar 3 arranged for detecting a magnetic signal of a subject. The Dewar 3 is formed into a structure which exhibits approximately sheet-like appearance and has approximately sheet-like spaces in its inside. This structure is curved to an approximately L-shape seen from the side on its midway. A plurality of SQUID sensors (magnetic sensors) 21 and a heat pipe 32 for cooling them under low temp. condition are provided in the inner space IS of this L-shaped Dewar 3. The L-shaped Dewar 3 can cover continuously the front face and the side face of the pectoral region of the subject to detect magnetism generated from the heart.

In this case, the reference sensors 30 are provided with a grade order being higher than that of the living body magnetic field measuring sensor.

The frame 24 is also formed of Permalloy. The blocks 21 are stacked up to form a separating body such as the wall or the ceiling of a magnetic shield room.
