    • PURPOSE:To provide the packing bag and the packing method for sanitary article which can be broken easily at the time of use, although it is sealed up completely by executing slit line working by ultrasonic welding instead of a scored line. CONSTITUTION:In a packing bag 1 for a sanitary article, a takeout port 11 of the contents is subjected to slit line working by ultrasonic welding. Also, the packing method for the sanitary article consists of a first process in which a film 3 is subjected to slit line working by ultrasonic welding in the longitudinal direction of the film 3, a second process for placing the sanitary article onto the film 3, a third process for surrounding the sanitary article by the film 3, and turning it back so that both end parts of the film 3 are superposed to each other, and a fourth process for forming a belt-like film by sticking both end parts of the film 3 with pate, or welding them by heat sealing. Also, this method has a fifth process for forming a sanitary product for sealing and cutting the belt-like film.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a packaging machine which performs packaging with high strength by heat-sealing the same spot assuredly by a method wherein a first end seal to perform first heat-seal on a moving means, a second end seal to perform second heat-seal at the first sealed part, and a cutter to cut the sealed part are provided. CONSTITUTION:When an article A moves on a transfer means 1, negative pressure is added to the article A by a suction mechanism 3, and the article is adhered on a transfer means 2. Therefore, while the article is moving on the transfer means, even if thermal shrinkage is generated on a packaging film by being heat-sealed, or movement accompanied with the shrinkage is generated, the carrying position in the moving direction does not change. For this reason, a second heat-seal 52 can be accurately lapped on a first sealed part S1 sealed by a first end seal 11. By lapping heat-seals accurately on the same spot this way, hard to break heat-seal with sufficient strength can be performed. If the sealed part is cut by a cutter 17 after completing heat-seal by a second end seal 14, an article individually packaged by a synthetic resin film (f) can be obtained.

In this case, the opening/closing cover unit 30 is composed of an installation plate 31, a cover 32 installed on the installation plate through a hinge 33 to be freely opened, an upper takeout port 34 formed roughly at a center of the installation plate 31, and a sealing label 35 to repeatedly open/close the upper takeout port 34.
