      CONSTITUTION: A prepolymer is obtained by allowing an organic diisocyanate to react with a polymer mixture consisting an acrylic low-molecular-weight copolymer resulting from copolymerization of (A) 10W75wt% of the pol yoxyalkylene polyol, (B) 90W25wt% of a polymerization materials consisting of (i) an NCO-reactive group-containing unsaturated monomer, (ii) an unsaturated monomer of the formula (R

      2 is 2W14C alkyl) and (iii) polymeri zation initiator and/or chain transferring agent bearing NCO reactive groups, a graft polymer from the resultant copolymer and a polyoxyalkylene polyol and polyoxyalkylene polyol so that the NCO groups become 1.8W2.3 times the molar equivalent. Then, 100pts.wt. of the prepolymer are combined with 0.001W10pts.wt. of a catalyst and 30W200pts.wt. of fillers and the composition is subjected to dehydration treatment to give the objective product.

CONSTITUTION:An alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer or a mixture thereof with other copolymerizable monomer is emulsion-polymerized in an aq. medium in the presence of an org. peroxide and a redox polymn. initiator of 30 deg.C or below to obtain an aq. dispersion of an emulsion type polymer which is tacky at room temp. A monomer contg. at least two ethylenically unsaturated bonds or a mixture thereof with a monomer contg. an ethylenically unsaturated bond copolymerizable therewith is added to said aq. dispersion. While stirring at 65 deg.C or lower, said monomer is dissolved in the particle of the emulsion type polymer. The org. peroxide is thermally decomposed at 65 deg.C or higher to polymerize the monomer in the particle of the emulsion polymer, thus obtaining the titled adhesive. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape obtd. from this adhesive has excellent bond properties, cohesive force and adhesion.

    • PURPOSE: To easily form a layer capable of protecting the surface of a body to be coated from before to after processing, by processing the body to be coated onto which a sheet coated with a water-dispersible photo-radiosensitive adhesive composition comprising specified components has been laminated, curing said composition, and then peeling off the sheet.
      CONSTITUTION: A water-dispersible photo-radiosensitive composition prepd. by mixing a) a water-dispersible copolymer prepd. by the copolymerization of (meth) acrylic alkyl ester with an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having an acid or glycidyl group with b) a photo-radiosensitive compound having an amino group and an aromatic azide or sulfonyl azide group is applied onto the surface of a self-supporting sheet (or film). After the composite sheet on which said photo- radiosensitive adhesive layer has been formed is stuck through the adhesive layer onto a body to be coated, the adhesive layer is cured by the application of optical or radiant rays. Thereafter, the self-supporting sheet only is peeled off to form a surface protective layer comprising cross-linking cured matter on the surface of the body to be coated.

      CONSTITUTION: A photocuring adhesive composition comprising a) an acrylic copolymer of 3,000W50,000 in average molecular weight having one or more (meth)acryloyl groups and a functional group contributive to cross linking in its molecule, b) a cross liking agent capable of reacting with the functional group contributive to cross linking in said copolymer and a photosensitizer is applied onto a self-supporting sheet (or film). After the composite sheet on which said adhesive layer has been formed is laminated through the adhesive layer onto the surface of a body to be coated, the adhesive layer is cured by light irradiation. Then, the self-supporting sheet only is peeled off to form a surface protective layer comprising a polymerizedly cured product on the surface of the body to be coated. According to this method, the damage of the surface of the body to be coated before and during processing can be inhibited by the application of said composite sheet, and the surface after being processed can be protected by the surface protective layer.
