    • PURPOSE:To prevent influences of variation of power source voltage on an output voltage by controlling a switch detecting magnitude relation between an electric signal as a variable of power source frequency and an electric signal that cancels the power source frequency comparing with the electric signal. CONSTITUTION:The base of a transistor TRQ3 is connected to a TRQ4 of a switching controlling circuit 4 that controls a switching element S. When the TRQ4 is turned on, a base current flows to the element S. 'H' output is generated from a comparator 5 in a period in which partial voltage V1 exceeds a reference voltage VN and in a period symmetric before and after a zero cross point. When a TRQ5 is made on by output of the comparator 5, the TRQ4 and the element S are turned on. Capacitors C1, C2 make series discharge during the on period, and a voltage VR applied to a load R is made high during that period, and the effective value VRMS is changed according to the width of the period. As the time of applying current to the element S changes with the frequency of power source, occurrence of fluctuation, etc. of power source frequency can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent lowering of input power factor and make the effective value of load apply voltage variable by providing a switch that controls a DC power source that fills troughs between pulsating current voltage waveforms and another DC power source voltage which is parallel to the power source and sends a higher output voltage to a load. CONSTITUTION:The first DC voltage source 1 that determines troughs filling basal voltage value is connected in parallel to an output of a full wave rectifier DB that makes full wave rectification of a commercial power source AC, and a voltage controlling device 3 that makes the first DC voltage source 1 generate trough filling boost voltage for controlling and a load R are connected in parallel respectively. Apply voltage of the load R becomes trough filling basal voltage value. On the other hand, the device 3 obtains troughs filling boost voltage for control by charging a capacitor C6 that constitutes a DC voltage source 2 through a diode D11. Effective value VRMS of load apply voltage can be made variable by discharging charge of the capacitor C6 to the load R through a circuit SW by controlling the conduction period of a switching circuit SW consisting of a transistor by a proper controlling circuit in optional time.
