    • PURPOSE:To make an efficient operation by a method wherein a throttling amount of an expansion valve is varied in response to a variation of the interior or ambient air temperature. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 16 provided with a microcomputer has AC-DC converter 17 at its input side and a signal of a thermistor 19 for sensing and taking out an interior dry bulb temperature is applied as an input. A sensing of an external wet bulb temperature is performed such that the signals are inputted from the humidity sensor 20 and the dry bulb thermistor 18. At the output side of the control circuit 16 are provided relay coils 21 and 22 for controlling energization of a compressor 1 and a four-way valve 2. The compressor 1 and the four-way valve 2 are controlled for their operations through the relay contact points 21a and 22a. The expansion valve 4 performs a control operation by transmitting a pulse from the control circuit 16. With this arrangement, even if the interior or ambient air temperature is varied, a balance of the optimum refrigerating cycle is not varied and so an efficient operation can be performed.

    • PURPOSE:To make an efficient operation by a method wherein an amount of throttling of an expansion valve is varied in response to a variation of the temperatures at the interior or outside of the room. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 16 having a microcomputer is provided with AC-DC converter 17 at its input side. A signal of a thermistor 18 for sensing an external dry ball temperature and taking out it is applied as an input. A sensing of an interior wet ball temperature is performed such that a signal is inputted from the dry ball thermistor 19 and the humidity sensor 20. At the output side of the control circuit 16 are provided a compressor 1, relay coils 21 and 22 for controlling an energization of four-way valve 2. The compressor 1 and the four-way valve 2 are controlled for their operation through the relay contact points 21a and 22a. An expansion valve 4 is controlled under a transmitted pulse from the control circuit 16. With this arrangement, even if the temperatures of the interior or outside air vary, a balance of the optimum refrigerating cycle is not varied and an efficient operation can be performed.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce a defrosting time and prevent a decrease in room temperature by a method wherein a variable pressure reducing device is employed in a defrosting operation control device for a heat pump type air conditioning machine, and a defrosting and heating operation is controlled in response to a result of temperature in an outdoor heat exchanger and a predetermined temperature.
      CONSTITUTION: After an operation is started, a temperature sensed by a pipe temperature sensing thermistor 6 is higher than a defrosting start set temperature T
      1 , an H output from a comparator circuit 10 is inputted to a micro-computer 11 and then a heating operation output mode is outputted. A relay circuit 12 is kept turned on a various pressure reducing device 14 is kept at its intermediate condition by an output means 24 so as to maintain the most appropriate flow rate of the heating air. When the temperature of the pipe temperature thermistor 6 is decreased lower than a defrosting starting temperature, an output from the comparator circuit 10 becomes L and the micro-computer 11 may output the defrosting operation output. The variable pressure decreasing device 4 is opened, the compressor 1 is turned on, the four-way valve 2 is turned off and the outdoor blowers 7 and 8 are turned off to perform the defrosting operation. With this arrangement, it is possible to reduce a defrosting time.
