    • PURPOSE:To enhance the degree of the spatial uniformity of a magnetic field, in a NMR apparatus having a main magnetic field generating means and a magnetic field distribution correcting means, by regulating a magnetic field using a plurality of samples different in a volume generating NMR signals. CONSTITUTION:A main coil 20 is provided as a main magnetic field generating means and a shim coil 3A is provided as a magnetic field distribution correcting means. To a spherical highly uniform magnetic field region 21, a second sample 22 having a volume smaller than that of the magnetic field region 21 is arranged to uniformize a magnetic field. Next, the second sample 22 is detached and a first sample having the same shape as the highly uniform magnetic field region 21 is arranged to highly uniformize the magnetic field. The first and second samples generate NMR signals. At this time, at first, a primary non- uniform magnetic field component is removed by the second sample 22 and, then, a second non-uniform magnetic field component is removed by the first sample to highly uniformize the magnetic field region. Because the magnetic field is uniformized preliminarily by the small volume sample, the magnetic field is highly uniformized lastly and NMR can be measured with high accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To make uniform the adverse effect of the winding in blocks inflicted on a highly uniform magnetic field region on all blocks by a method wherein the length of each winding block to be wound around a spool is varied in accordance with the distance from the highly uniform magnetic field region to the winding blocks, the difference in number of layers of the winding and the type of wire materials. CONSTITUTION:The length of each winding block, or the distance between split protrusions in the case of the device whereon split protrusions are formed on a spool can be changed in accordance with the distance to a highly uniform magnetic field region and the number of layers of the winding. For example, when the same wire material is wound on a coil and the current value of the coil is same, the length of the blocks is determined in accordance with the value obtained by having the reciprocal of the function (f), determined by the reciprocal of the coil layer number and to optional position (beta), multiplied by the reciprocal of the coil layer number. There is a displacement of winding per coil layer, and as its effect inflicted on the center magnetic field is increased (n) times when the number of coil layer becomes (n) layer, the block length is determined in accordance with the value obtained by having the coefficient l0 multiplied by the reciprocal of the function (f) decided by the optional position (beta) and then the value obtained by multiplying the reciprocal of the number of layer thereon.

    • PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the reliability of the titled device by a method wherein the movable connector of a detachable lead to be connected to outside is detachably engaged to a fixed connector, a repair means is attached to a guide cylinder, and the frost of the fixed connector is removed. CONSTITUTION:The fixed connector 19 of the current lead located on the side of a superconducting coil 3 is arranged on the bottom part of the guide cylinder 16 which is provided vertically on the upper part in a low temperature chamber 1. The detachable lead 100, with which an external lead is connected to the movable connector 18 which is removably attached to the connector 19, is inserted along the guide cylinder 16 in a freely detachable manner. A repair means 300 is attached to the cylinder 18, instead of a lead 100, and a heat- insulating pipe 53 is properly shifted while frost is being visually observed through a sight-through means 52a in order to remove the frost deposited on the connector 19 while a permanent current operation is performed. The frost is removed by blowing heated gas stream upon the frost from a pipe 53. As a result, the reliability of the device can be improved remarkably.

    • PURPOSE:To enable superconductive condition to be kept even if a part of a superconductive coil is exposed from liquid helium by a method wherein cooling means including a refrigerator is provided for an electric lead connecting the superconductive coil with exciting current source. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive coil 2 inside a cryogenic container 1 is cooled by liquid helium 3 and keeps superconductive condition. The superconductive coil 2 is connected with an exciting current source 4 outside a cryogenic con tainer 1 by an electric lead 5. Gas cooled extremely by a refrigerator 13 is sent to a heat exchange section 14 of a heat exchanger 11, where a part of the electric lead 5 is put through a low-temp. piping 12a of outerward path, and after the electric lead 5 is cooled, said gas returns to the refrigerator 13 through a low-temp. piping 12b of homeward path. Just then, since temp. of connecting section between the electric lead 5 and the superconductive coil is not critical temp. or more, superconductive condition can be kept, even if the level of the liquid helium is lowered, then a part of the superconductive coil is exposed on liquid level.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device for power switch gear, capable of enhancing reliability of opening and closing operation by eliminating demagnetization of a permanent magnet. SOLUTION: A movable iron core 32 is arranged axially movably within U-shaped fixed iron cores 31 arranged opposite to each other. A closing coil 37 is wound on an upper edge 31b side of a base part 31a of each fixed iron core 31, and an opening coil 36 is wound, so as to enclose a base part 32a of the movable iron core 32. The permanent magnet 34 is fixed to the inner wall surface of the base part 31a of each fixed iron core 31, and a magnetic path forming plate 35 is arranged, so that one end is connected to each permanent magnet and the other end faces the opening coil-side surface of an upper flange part 32b of the movable iron core 32. Accordingly, an opening magnetic circuit 28 which once encircles the opening coil 36 and a closing magnetic circuit 20 once encircling the closing coil 37 are constituted in the opening position of the movable iron core 32 and in the closing position of the movable iron core 32 through the permanent magnets 34, respectively.
