    • PURPOSE:To improve a gas laser in a voltage withstanding property and to stabilize it in a discharge property by a method wherein an auxiliary electrode is covered with an insulating case previously formed into the shape of a lid, and a conductive layer is provided between the insulating case and the auxiliary electrode. CONSTITUTION:An insulating case 31 is previously formed into a lid shape, a conductive layer 32 is formed on the inner face of the case 31, an insulating bonding agent is applied onto the face of the layer 32, and then the case 31 is put on an auxiliary electrode 5. Thereafter, an insulating bonding agent 33 is applied onto the face of the insulating case 31, and a dielectric 4 is bonded to the surface of the case 31. Next, the dielectric 4, the insulating case 31, and the auxiliary electrode 5 are fixed inside a casting mold, casting resin is filled into the casting mold and set to mold them in one piece. By this setup, not only the insulation of a required thickness can be provided between a primary electrode 2 and the auxiliary electrode 5 but also they can be arranged in a required parallelism, so that a dielectric breakdown strength between the electrodes 2 and 5 can be improved and a stable discharge property can be realized.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce weight sharply without lowering mechanical strength and to reduce time and labor required for an installation operation by a method wherein two or more nonlinear resistor elements in a laminated state are housed inside an insulating container equipped with a porcelain tube made of an epoxy resin composition and with an insulating pipe put into and fixed to the tube. CONSTITUTION:A holding tube 2 where two or more nonlinear resistor elements 1, 1,... have been housed is housed inside an insulating container where an upper lid 6 and a lower lid 7 have been fixed individually to the upper part and the lower part of a porcelain tube 5 made of an epoxy resin composition and a tube body composed of an insulating tube 3 which has been put into and fixed to the porcelain tube. The epoxy resin composition for the porcelain tube 5 is formed in such a way that an acid anhydride-based hardening agent and an amine-based hardening accelerator are added to a mixture of, e.g., an alicylic glycysil ester-based epoxy resin and a hydrogenated bisphenol A type epoxy resin which are sufficiently resistant to contamination due to an injury from salt or the like and that a molten quartz powder as a filler and a silane as a coupling agent are added individually. On the other hand, the insulating tube 3 is constituted by an FRP-made cylindrical tube whose mechanical strength is high.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight and low cost molded item having excellent electrical and mechanical performances by a method wherein insulating gas is charged in cast material and agitated so as to uniformly disperse the voids of the insulating gas in the casting material and finally the resultant casting material is poured in a mold under the pressure of insulating gas. CONSTITUTION:Casting material 6 in a mixing tank 7 is mixed and deaerated by rotating an agitating propeller 8 under the condition that the air in the tank 7 is evacuated with a vacuum pump through a vacuum vent 14 by opening an on-off valve 13. After the completion of mixing and deaeration, the agitating propeller 8 is stopped and the on-off valve 13 is closed. Next, insulating gas such as SF6 gas is charged through a pressurizing port 12 in the tank 7 so as to control the gas pressure in the tank 7 to the predetermined pressure by means of a pressure control valve 10. By rotating the agitating propeller 8 in the above-mentioned pressurized state, the voids of the insulating gas are uniformly dispersed in the casting material 6. Next, by opening a valve 16, the casting material 6 is poured in a molding part 3. The casting material 6 poured in the molding part 3 is pressurized by insulating gas through the pressurizing port 12 simultaneously with the completion of pouring.

    • PURPOSE:To solve the problem of compressive structure of material tank and make the replenishment of consumed materials easier by providing a pressure piston moving and rubbing up and down freely on the upper part of inside of material tank filled with materials of synthetic resin and the like and detecting and demonstrating the movement of pressure piston. CONSTITUTION:When the piston rod 17 of material supply fluid pressure cylinder 12 is lowered and the pressure piston 13 fixed to the rod end is moved downward, the materials such as synthetic resin in the material tank 7A is pushed out and fed into the molding part 2 through the material supply hose 5, the charging nozzle 4 and the runner 3. As the piston rod 17 and the pressure piston 13 work with high pressure, the downward speed of pressure piston to proportioned with the speed of material feeding without being affected by viscosity of the materials in the tank, and the speed of material feeding is regulated by controlling the operation speed of pressure piston, or more precisely, of the piston rod of material supply fluid pressure cylinder 12. When the downward movement of pressure piston stops, completion of feeding is recognized visually on the detector 14.
