摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control reduction in lubricant for maintaining the lubrication life time over a long period by the support with a roll bearing to which a lubricant is sealed under the specified pressure under the particular temperature. SOLUTION: As a lubricant, fluorine oil with vapor pressure of 1×10-3 torr. or less at 25 deg.C, alkyl chain derivative polyphenyl ether oil, alkyl chain derivative naphthalene oil, paraffin-based hydrocarbonate oil or the like are used. The lubricant is supplied directly into the roll bearing or supplied as a lubricant grease, after mixing of adequate expanding agent. As an expanding agent, a urea compound having suitable heat resistance property, in addition to a metallic soap or the like, can be used. As a result, long-term lubrication can be realized with a small amount of lubricant.

SOLUTION: A base oil comprising a mineral oil, a synthetic oil or their mixture having a kinematic viscosity (100 deg.C) of 2-200 mm2/s is compounded with 2-40 wt.%, preferably 5-25 wt.%, urea compound, 0.1-20 wt.%, preferably 0.5-5 wt.%, organic nickel compound of the formula and 0.1-20 wt.%, preferably 0.5-5 wt.%, organic molybdenum compound to give a grease having a 100,000-times worked penetration (according to JIS K-2220) of 280 or higher, preferably 300-450. This grease is charged into between balls 16 of a ball screw 10 or between a ball 16 and a ball thread groove 14. In the formula, M is nickel or molybdenum; R3 and R4 are each an alkyl or an aryl; and (n) is 2-4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fretting wear by external repeated vibration by specifying the ratio of the groove curvature radii of inner/outer rings and using a lubricant oil having a kinematic viscosity satisfying an equation or grease with it set to the basic oil lubricant. SOLUTION: The ratio R2/R1 of the groove curvature radius R2 of an outer ring and the groove curvature radius R1 of an inner ring is set to not less than 1.01 and not more than 1.10. When the ratio is less than 1.01, the contact area of the inner ring is reduced to enlarge the surface pressure, the relative sliding with a rolling body is enlarged by the vibration, the contact area is reduced because R1 is relatively enlarged, the sliding during the rotation is generated, and the film-forming property is deteriorated so that the durable life becomes short. The optimal viscosity of the basic oil of the grease and the lubricant oil is related to R1 and R2 so that from the experiment result, the lubricant oil having kinematic viscosity ηunder the temperature 40 deg.C satisfying an equation or the grease with this lubricant oil set to the basic oil is used to provide it with both of the fretting resistance and the durability. This constitution can prevent the generation of the fretting wear and improve the durability.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of fretting wear in a roller bearing having a plurality of rollers held between inner and outer races through a retainer by forming a specified oil film in track faces of inner and outer races, the retainer and the rollers, and filling grease therein in a sealed manner. SOLUTION: An oil film of lubricant whose dynamic viscosity at 40 deg.C is 20-150 mm2/s is formed and grease is sealed therein. Since the high viscousity lubricant oil film is formed, the strength of oil film is enhanced for improving the fretting resistance of a roller bearing during transportation and assure high temperature/high speed conditions as well as long service life thereof. As the material of the rollers those of ceramics or cemented carbide whose Vickers hardness is not less than 1300 are used to enhance the hardness, and thereby adhesion between the parts can be prevented and generation of fretting wear can be restrained.
