摘要： PURPOSE:To prepare the viscosity and concentration of slurry of coal and water corresponding to the desired value, by obtaining the water amount of a liquid film corresponding to the desired value from the relationship between the viscosity of the slurry of coal and water and the water amount of a liquid film previously derived experimentally, adjusting the coal particle size in such a way that a water amount of a liquid film is made into the above-mentioned water amount of a liquid film. CONSTITUTION:The water amount of a liquid film V0 corresponding to the desired viscosity eta0 is obtained from the relationship between the viscosity eta of slurry of coal and water and the water amount of a liquid film V calculated by the shown formula[VT is the amount of water added (cm ); VC is the volume of coal particle (cm ); rhoC is the high density of the coal particle (g/cm ); nu is the water volume absorbed by coal per weight in water (cm /g); epsilon is the volume ratio of the space part between coal particles in the air]previously derived by a liquid film model. The coal particle size is adjusted in such a way that a water amount of a liquid film is made into V0 depending upon the desired concentration.

CONSTITUTION:Coal 1 from a stream 2 is pulverized in a rough pulverizing process and sent into a stream 3. Rough pulverized coal 9 is partly supplied to a fine pulverization process 101 from the stresm 3, and mixed with water from a stream 4 into coal water slurry, which is sent to a water-slurry regulating tank 102 via a stream 7, and mixed with water from a stream 6. Coal-water slurry is sent into an oil-applying tank 103 from a stream 8, and applied with oil from a stream 13. The fine pulverized coal applied with oil is sent from a stream 11 into a high concentration coal slurry regulation tank 105, and the fine pulverized coal applied with oil from the stream 11 and the rough pulverized coal from the stream 9 are mixed and stirred. Then, the slurry of coal, water, and oil is regulated in its concentration by adding the water from a stream 14, and sent into a pipeline through a steam 10.

SO2 take-out pipe 21 is passed through the packing layer of semi-coke heated to high temp. in a converter 5 to be converted to vapor of elemental sulfur. After conversion, the sulfur vapor is formed into liquid sulfur in a sulfur condenser 7 and recovered as elemental sulfur 8.

The excess liquid in the container is removed without lowering the pressure, the container is cooled, the liquid is frozen, the gas introduced to the micro pores by pressure is sealed, and impact is applied to the coal under cooling so that the coal is crushed. The coal is crushed selectively from the crack 1 of carbon part, and almost all the ash 3 is liberated from the carbon part 2.

CONSTITUTION:If it is assumed that an adsorption tower 1a is in the process of adsorption, an adsorption tower 1b is in the process of desorption by heating. The waste gas produced from a boiler or the like is boosted by a blower 4, and is released from a chimney 9 by way of a damper 5a, the tower 1a, and a damper 7a. At this time, the SO2 in the waste gas is adsorbed by the packed layer 2a of carbon type adsorbents of a honeycomb shape packed in the tower 1a, but no dust accumulates in the packed layer 2a. On the other hand, the gas for desorption by heating produced in an inert gas producing furnace 10 is conducted through the tower 1b into a sulfur recovery device 15. At this time, the packed layer 2b of the carbon type adsorbents is heated to 350-400 deg.C, and releases the adsorbed SO2. This SO2 is recovered by the device 15. The tower 1b is regenerated and is then changed over with the tower 1a.

The greater part of the sulfuric acid sticking on the adsorbent in the process that the adsorbent descends slowly in the tower 20 is decomposed and the gas contg. SO2 produced is sent through a conduit 22 into a treating device. The withdrown adsorbent is removed of powdery material in a classifier 107 and is returned into the tower 10. The fresh adsorbent is supplied from a conduit 50. The adsorbent withdrown from the classifier 107 is analyzed in an analyzer 108 for solid sulfur at every fixed time, whereby the residual content of SO2 is measured. This analyzed value is compared with a set value in an operator 110, and when it exceeds the set value, the conveyors 102 and 103 as well as 105 and 106 are controlled according to the difference thereof.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the coal combustion waste gas purification equipment that prevents environmental pollution due to dust and residual SOx by a method wherein a filtration/dust collector having filter material precoated with pulverized adsorbent particles is installed at the downstream of an adsorption column. CONSTITUTION:Fuel coal is dry distilled and activated to produce an SO2 adsorbent, part of which is pulverized by a crusher 14 and sent by a fan 15 to the filtration-dust collector 13 to precoat filter material. Waste gas from a boiler 1 is passed through the deNOx-SO2-oxidation equipment 3, and the produced SO3 is adsorbed by dust which is collected by an electric dust precipitator 5. SO2 is adsorbed by the moving layer adsorption column 7, and the saturated adsorbent is regenerated in a desorption column 10 and is returned to the adsorption column 7, whereby partly damaged pulverized adsorbent is removed in the separator 12. The filteration dust collector 13 collects pulverized adsorbent generated during movement in the adsorption tower 7. A collector 13 also collects submicron particles not trapped by an electric dust precipitator 5 and SOx not adsorbed by the adsorption tower 7. Thus, purified gas is discharged to the outside.
