    • PURPOSE:To provide a simple structure in a thermal increasing temperature transporting device not requiring any power and to enable heat higher than the temperature of a heat source to be taken out as heat by a method wherein mercury of predetermined amount is filled in a closed heat pipe, an evaporating end of the heat pipe is arranged at a heat source and a condensing part of the heat pipe is installed at a heat take-out part of which the temperature is higher than that of the heat source. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a heat pipe 11 having mercury Hg sealed as working fluid in a stainless steel container 12. As an evaporating part 11a of the heat pipe 11 is arranged at a heat source, the sealed mercury Hg is heated, its vapor is moved to a condensing part 11b having a low vapor pressure, its heat is removed and then the mercury is condensed. At this time, in the case where mercury is condensed from its gaseous phase to its liquid phase, chromium or nickel of alloy components of stainless steel is melted out and reacted with mercury to produce amalgam. Reaction heat generated by amalgam reaction is added to heat discharged when the mercury vapor is condensed, resulting in that the heat is taken out as heat of which the temperature is higher than that of the heat source without using any power.
