    • PURPOSE: To enable to safely repair event an already constructed concrete structure at a low cost by bringing the surface of the concrete structure into contact with a plating solution and subsequently applying an electric current between an outer electrode in the plating solution and an inner electrode in the concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: The surface of a concrete structure is brought into contact with a plating solution containing a noble metal as a main ingredient and/or a plating solution containing a metal having a poorer standard electrode potential than the standard electrode potential of a steel material inside the concrete structure, and an electric current is applied between an outer electrode set in the plating solution and an inner electrode comprising a steel material in the concrete structure, thus plating the metal on the surface of the steel material as its anticorrosive treatment by the electrochemical treatment. For example, a disk-like neutral concrete specimen 5 is set in a cylindrical container 2, and a titanium/platinum-plated outer electrode 7 as a plus electrode for the treatment and a minus steel plate electrode 6 as the inner steel material are set. The plating solution comprises V that containing Pd, Zn or Sn, and the production of the plating film produced on the surface of the steel material is detected by the increase in the weight of the steel plate electrode 6.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an electrochemical treating method of a concrete, particularly a method for electrochemically removing salt portion in the concrete and/or a method for supplying an alkaline solution to the neutralized concrete. CONSTITUTION:In a method for passing current between external electrodes and/or the external electrode and an internal electrode by using an electrode provided on the surface of the concrete as an external electrode and steel in the inside of the concrete as an internal electrode, an electrolytic solution and the external electrode are held in a space formed between the concrete and a plate combined with a softening agent. As a result, pollution to environmental atmosphere due to the scattering of a cellulose fiber to the surroundings in spray working is dissolved and the extremely reducing effect of the industrial waste after processing is also expected. Further, since the plate, the softening agent and a metallic reinforcing material are easily prepared in the job site and are easily assembled, the work in the job site is simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To dissolve problems about neutralization of a concrete structure to the inside part and salt damage and improve durability by using an alkaline solution not substantially containing sodium or potassium as an electrolytic material and preventing deterioration of the concrete structure. CONSTITUTION:An alkaline solution containing, e.g. a hydroxide or a carbonate of an alkaline metal (especially lithium) except sodium and potassium, an alkaline earth metal, ammonia, etc., a nitrite of lithium, calcium, etc., or an amine such as guanidine or hydroxylamine and having pH >=10 is used as an electrolytic material 6. This electrolytic material is brought into contact with the concrete surface by using a tank 5 equipped so as to accommodate it or after absorbing it into an absorbent material such as pulp or cloth. A steel material in the inside of the concrete and an electrode set through the electrolytic solution 6 are used respectively as an inner electrode 3 and a surface electrode 7 and an electric current from a direct current power source 8 is allowed to flow between the inner electrode 3 and the surface electrode 7 with a current density of 0.5 to 10 A per 1m surface area of the concrete for about one week to a half year, thus regenerating the concrete.

    • PURPOSE:To recover alkalinity in concrete and remove chlorine ion without corroding reinforcement so as to reclaim concrete by allowing direct current to flow between electrodes provided on the concrete surface. CONSTITUTION:Titanium meshes 6 and a sponge 4 are laid in a plastics vessel 1, a concrete specimen 2 is placed thereon, and further a sponge 4 sufficiently containing lithium sulfite water solution and reinforcement meshes 5 are placed thereon. The titanium meshes 6 is set as a positive electrode, the reinforcement meshes 5 is set as a negative electrode, and direct current is let flow through the concrete 2. As a result of this, a PC steel bar 3 is not suffered from hydrogen embrittlement, and salinity content in the concrete is remarkably decreased. In this way, by providing electrodes on two or more positions of the surface of a concrete structure and letting flow diret current between the electrodes, the concrete can be reclaimed without generating hydrogen embrittlement in the reinforcement.
