    • PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of bacterial slime on the outer surface of a hull effectively by providing ultraviolet radiators on the full to radiate their ultraviolet rays near the waterline on the outer surface of the hull. CONSTITUTION:Preventive devices against organic adhesion are provided all around a hull near the waterline 1. Each device is provided with an ultraviolet ray reflection member 14 of a bent plate supported by wires 5 or vertical rods 8 and an ultraviolet radiator 12 like an ultraviolet lamp fixed inside the reflection member via a holding member 13 containing electric wires together with a transparent cover 11 to cover the ultraviolet radiator 12. It is also provided with a base plate 10 in one body with the ultraviolet ray reflection member 14, and stuck on a shell plate 6 of the hull via a liner 9 of a permanent magnet, soft rubber, or the like fixed on the base plate 10. In this construction, the radiation of ultraviolet rays near the waterline 1 prevents the adhesion of bacterial slime on the outer surface of the hull effectively.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of equipment for treatment and running cost, by treating organic waste matter, such as garbage, etc., decomposed and made low molecule microbiologically in facultative anaerobic region by methane fermentation. CONSTITUTION:The organic waste matter 1, such as garbage, etc., is brought into solution by the solution making treatment apparatus 2 and is decomposed and made low molecule in facultative anaerobic region and then, is stored in the storage vessel 3 in slurry state. Decarboxylation treatment is carried out by introducing in the decarboxylation system 13 because a large amount of carbonic acid gas and carbonic acid is contained in the above slurry. The above treated liquid 15 is sent to the methane fermentation system 4 and methane and carbonic acid gas are generated by acting microorganism containing methane fungus. The above generated gas 5 is flowed to the available utilization line 8 after storing in the gas holder 7 once through the desulfurization system 6. The water 9 discharged after th methane fermentation, is thrown away and the slurry residue is dehydrated and solidified by the dehydrater or the concentration apparatus 11 and then, is sent to the line 8 or abandonment line 12.
