More particularly, the barrier film comprises the water barrier wall film made of the coated film of the resin composition containing a specific resin made of one or two ore more types selected from the group consisting of a polyester resin, an acrylic resin, a hydrocarbon resin and a silicon resin as a main component of the vehicle provided on the one surface of the polyamide resin film, and the vapor-deposited thin film of the inorganic oxide provided on the other surface of the polyamide resin film. SOLUTION: In a gas barrier film 1, the thin vapor deposition membrane 3 by a physical gas-phase growth method is formed on one side of a base material film 2. In addition, on the vapor deposition membrane 3, a cured coating membrane 4 by a resin composition containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer as a main component of a vehicle and at least a metal alkoxide compound is formed. Next, another plastic film or a paper base material and other materials are laminated optionally on the bas barrier film 1 to produce a laminated material. Next, packaging containers are produced by using the laminated material. These containers are excellent in gas-barrier properties, have distribution, preservation aptitude, and others for a long period stably, and can be produced inexpensively.
