SOLUTION: The method of searching an ambiguous frequent itemset P0 to a threshold value θ or above of an average inclusion ratio of an item e and a frequency σ or above, and a database D wherein each transaction T is a subset of an itemset E includes steps of: obtaining regular occurrence AmbiOcc(P) of the ambiguous frequent itemset P; deciding an item wherein the number included in the regular occurrence AmbiOcc(P) is minimum as a representative item e*(P); excluding the representative item e*(P) from the transactions of the regular occurrence AmbiOcc(P) to be decided as a parent; and selecting a candidate of the frequent occurrence pattern P of the ambiguous frequent itemset P0. It is decided whether each candidate of the frequent occurrence pattern belongs to the ambiguous frequent itemset P0 or not, parent-child relation is determined, and all the frequent occurrence patterns P belonging to the ambiguous frequent itemset P0 are extracted. The method further includes detecting fluorescences of the first fluorescent protein and the second fluorescent protein to determine the cells so that the cell expressing only the second fluorescent protein is the target recombinant protein, and that the cell expressing both of the first fluorescent protein and the second fluorescent protein is the randomly inserted cell.
