On the other hand, a strainer receiving surface 44 is formed at the lower member 32 in conformity with the configuration of the strainer 33 periphery, followed by forming a step part 45 at the periphery of the strainer 33 for stiffening and configurational stabilization for housing and fixing the strainer 33 at welding the upper and lower members 31, 32.
