    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component concentration measuring apparatus which reduces influence by noises to a sonic wave generated in a subject while reducing burden on the subject, and to enable the component concentration of the measured object to be accurately measured. SOLUTION: This component concentration measuring apparatus is equipped with a light generating means, a light modulating means, a light wave joint means, a light emitting means, and a sonic wave detecting means. In this case, the light generating means generates and outputs light of two different wavelengths. The light modulating means electrically strength-modulates and outputs each of light of the two wavelengths from the light generating means by a signal of the same frequency and an opposite phase. The light wave joint means which joins and outputs light of the two wavelengths from the light modulating means. The light emitting means branches the light being jointed and output by the light wave joint means into a plurality and emits them. The sonic wave detecting means detects sonic waves which are generated by the plurality of light being branched and emitted by the light emitting means at a position at an approximately equal distance from each irradiated area which is irradiated with the plurality of light.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector capable of automatically exhibiting functions other than connection of optical fiber in connecting with a connection member.
      SOLUTION: The optical connector comprises: a first movable member 7 and a second movable member 8 which are retained movably forward and backward in the axial direction with respect to an optical connector main body 6; a locking means which integrally moves the first movable member 7 and the second movable member 8; and a locking releasing means provided with a locking operating part which operates the locking means to release the locking between the first movable member 7 and the second movable member 8 when the first movable member 7 is located on the rear side of a prescribed locking releasing position of an optical connector main body back part and locks the first movable member 7 and the second movable member 8 when the first movable member 7 is located on the front side of the prescribed restraint releasing position, and a second movable member anchoring part 10 which stops the backward movement of the second movable member 8 after releasing the locking. The second movable member 8 is provided with a functional part having a prescribed function and, when being arranged on the prescribed position of the optical connector main body 6, the function operates a ferrule 2 or an optical fiber 1 and exhibits the function.

Each arm 12 is formed nearly in an S shape in the side view by means of a first curve 12A adjacent to the base 11 on the side view, a second curve 12B situated above the first curve 12A to serve as a pressure point, and a third curve 12C situated at the open end of the arm 12 to retain a pin P that functions as a device for opening the arm 12. The bottom of the first curve 12A is provided near the lower face of the base 11, thereby reducing an eccentric distance from the bottom to the pressure point. On the side of the bottom, a projected part 13 is provided which locally expands the cross sectional area of the bottom.
