    • PURPOSE:To expand bellows by using a temperature of refrigerant gas and to regulate a pressure and a flow rate by providing the bellows in which fluorocarbon series gas in a slide valve body of a check valve and a valve movable part coupled to the lower part of the bellows by an operating lever. CONSTITUTION:When refrigerant is input from a tube connector 3, a slide valve body 7 is pressed down, and a protrusion 8 of its lower end is brought into close contact with an oblique part 4 of a lower end stopper 6, and hence a reverse preventing effect for preventing flowout of refrigerant is performed. When a temperature of the refrigerant is raised and the upper end of the body 7 is heated, fluorocarbon series gas in bellows 12 is expanded to press down the bellows 12 against a spring 13. Then, a valve movable part 11 protrudes down through an operating lever 9 in contact with a recess seat 5 of the stopper 6 thereby to lift the body 7. As a result, a connection of the protrusion 8 to the part 4 is separated, the refrigerant flows from a high pressure side, and pressure and temperature of the refrigerant are maintained in predetermined ranges.

    • PURPOSE:To make a fixing mechanism which requires a secondary motion, a special centering device and pressing in force unnecessary by a method wherein a sealing material is made to be under an expanded condition, and at the same time when corresponding pipe bases are combined and sealed, either one of the inserted pipe base or the pipe base which received the insertion moves in the horizontal direction to perform centering between both pipe bases. CONSTITUTION:At the tip of a pipe base 3, an annular elastic sealing material, e.g., a rubber bag 11 is given by a fitting tool 13. When a truck 5 stops under the pipe base 3, with a prescribed accuracy, the pipe base 3 is lowered accompanying with a frame 17 by an air cylinder 1, and the rubber bag 11 is inserted in a pipe base 9 at a container side, which may be a reaction tank. When a gas 21 such as air is injected in the rubber bag, the rubber bag 11 extends the outer peripheral side and expands, in almost all the cases, a collar 15 slides on the frame 17 and performs centering with the pipe base 9, as finally, both parts are joined and combined under a sealed condition to complete the function as a joint.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent impedance of the flow of water and to reduce a cost by a method wherein a bag body made of a flexible film formed in a cylindrical shape is provided, and the two open ends of the bag body are respectively secured in an airtight and watertight manner to the two wall surfaces, positioned opposite each other, of a water flow passage along the longitudinal direction of the water flow passage. CONSTITUTION:A water flow passage opening and closing device 1 is mounted to a water flow passage 10 formed in a rectangle in cross section. A bag body 2 is disposed in the water flow passage 10, the bag body 2 has opposing end parts 2a contact- bonded by vulcanization and its inside and other opposing end parts 2b formed such that they are prevented from being contact-bonded by using a mold release agent. The bag body 2 is disposed in the water flow passage 10 such that the open parts 2b of the bag body 2 are extended in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the water flow passage 10, the bag body 2 is brought into contact with sides 10a and a bottom 10b of the water flow passage 10, and the end parts 2b are overlapped with each other. A suction and exhaust pipe 6 is embedded in adjacent to the arranging spot of the bag body 2, and the other end of the suction and exhaust pipe 6 is coupled to a blower 8 through a sluice valve 7. The other end of the suction and exhaust pipe 6 is coupled to an exhaust valve 9 communicated to the open air.

    • PURPOSE:To freely adjust the opening degree of a pinch valve according to the residual amount of concrete without the use of an air hose by providing a pinch valve and an underwater pump to drive a valve diaphragm by the supply of water between a casing and the valve diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A pinch valve 3 consisting of a casing 3a and a valve disphragm 3b provided inside the casing 3a, and a water pump 10 to supply water to the space S between the casing 3a and the diaphragm 3b for driving the diaphragm 3b are provided. An outlet 12 through which water supplied by the pump 10 is discharged to the outside of the valve 3 is provided for the casing 3a and a solenoid valve 13 is attached to the outlet 12 for opening or closing thereof. An inverter capable of freely converting the revolving number of the pump 10 for controlling the opening degree of the diaphragm 3b is provided for the pump 10. The diaphragm 3b can thus be opened or closed even at great depth of water, making the driving operation easier.
