摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce manufacturing cost by using a valve housing made of a non-magnetic material, employing a coil spring directly acting on a rod, and adopting a thread coupling between the valve housing and a tube stop. CONSTITUTION: Use of non-magnetic materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel for a valve housing 22 is less expensive than using a magnetic material, and eliminates requirement for using screens and filters for fluid ports in use. A spiral coil spring 82 accommodated in a plunger bore 72 acts between a rod 70 and a stationary armature or a tube stop 82, and biases the plunger 74, rod 70 and a valve member 52 outwardly. The movement is delimited by the plunger 74 engaging with a shoulder part 32. The stop 82 is threadably connected to the edge 28 of the housing sleeve and sealed by a coagulable liquid adhesive at the thread connection part 84. Thus, a low cost valve suitable for automobile application can be obtained.
