CONSTITUTION:Plate springs 15, 16 that can move in the width direction of a door 1 and descend being curved are provided in the connected state inside an outer case disposed at the lower part of the door. Airtight rubber and a lead plate serving as shielding members are mounted to an inner case enclosed in the outer case and hung being engaged with the plate springs 15, 16. A rod cap 6 connected to the plate springs 15, 16 presses or releases the plate springs 15, 16 in correspondence with the opening/closing of the door 1. The shielding members are thereby elevated in relation to a floor so as to shield a gap between the floor and the bottom face of the door 1.
