摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the repeated use of a magnetic material to be sensed and suitable for automatically sensing the winding of a base fabric, in a process for producing a needle felt. CONSTITUTION:A pair of cloth tapes (18a) are prepared and plural amorphous metallic fibers of a high magnetic substance are laid and arranged side by side through a double-sided tape (18b) on one surface of each cloth tape (18a) to form each magnetic layer (18c), which is then integrated on the respective cloth tapes (18a). The cloth tapes (18a) are mutually laminated so as to sandwich each magnetic layer (18c) therebetween to form the objective magnetic material 18 to be sensed. The resultant magnetic material 18 to be sensed is subsequently attached to a base fabric of a needle felt with, e.g. yarn and a magnetic sensor is used to enable the automatic sensing of the winding of the base fabric. Since the fibrous magnetic substance of the metallic fibers is protected with the cloth tapes, arrangement is not disturbed even if the needle punching is carried out in a needle punching step of batting fibers. Since the batting fibers are not entangled, reuse can be performed by removing the magnet maternal 18 to be sensed.
