摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thin-type mat by rotating each of pocket coil springs 90 deg. in an inner bag, then squeezing a spring into a narrow space and further, compressing the center of the spring to bond it so that its height is reduced. SOLUTION: An individual chamber for each of pocket coil springs 3 is formed by storing the springs 3 into an inner bag 1 and welding the edge of the inner bag 1. Further, the springs 3 are rotated at 90 deg. by applying a soft pressure from the outside of the inner bag 1, and the center of each of the springs 3 is pressed and set from the upper and the lower direction of the springs 3 to manufacture the thin-type pocket coil spring mat.

Further, this device is composed of a holding/pressing device shifting mechanism 10 for shifting the holding/ pressing mechanism front and back, and right and left and a coating mechanism for applying adhesive to the pocket coil spring line, a nozzle shifting mechanism for shifting a coating nozzle and a control mechanism 17 for controlling each mechanism.
