    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the transfer recovery by taking out a treated substance by installing a taking-out/transfer part consisting of a receiving hopper and a transfer belt, at the lower side part of the discharge port of a treating device and jointly installing a liftingly sending part through a treated substance feeding hopper at the feeding inlet of a receiving hopper. CONSTITUTION:A treated substance which is discharged from the discharge port of a treating device is introduced into a receiving hopper 18 in a taking-out/transfer part 15, and transferred toward a feeding inlet 24 by a transfer belt 17. Then, the processed substance is introduced into a treated substance feeding hopper 14 in a transfer part 1 from the feeding inlet 24, and is liftingly-sent by a bucket 9 which is reversed in the treated substance feeding hopper 14, and discharged by the bucket 9 which is reversed in the upper part, and supplied into a bag 38 through a discharge introducing through 36. Since, as for the receiving hopper 18, the movable side plates 21 and 22 which are parallel to the transfer direction of the belt 17 are installed in a turnable manner in the direction crossing with the transfer direction of the belt 17, the upper edge 36 can be arranged in conformity with the lower edge of the discharge port of the treating device.

    • PURPOSE:To dispense with operation monitoring and the preset feeding work of paper waste by an operator by arranging a paper amount regulating sheet on the upper face of a conveying belt conveyor and reducing the volume of paper waste thrown in a heap to a proper amount by repeating advance and retraction of a feeding belt conveyor so as to make conveying of the paper waste possible. CONSTITUTION:When paper waste 20 to be disposed is thrown in a dust box 2 and the work is started, the paper waste 20 is fed from a discharging port with its heap gradually crumbled by advancing and retracting of a feeding belt conveyor 14. Then, the paper waste 20 collides against the lowermost line of a suspended paper amount regulating sheet 13, and a part. of it is nipped between the sheet 13 and a conveying belt conveyor 3, while most of the paper waste 20 is pushed backward. As the feeding belt conveyor 14 is retracted further, only a part of the paper waste 20 is loaded on the conveying belt conveyor 3 so as to be conveyed. The volume of the paper waste 20 is finally reduced to the height less than the height of a conveying projection 7 and is conveyed, and the paper waste 20 is peeled off by a guide plate 16, and then, thrown into a large size shredder.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent any stagnation of a conveyed work in a gate part from occurring by making a gate body gp up and a mass through pass through the gate part at a time when the mass body being larger than the specified size mixed in conveyed granular particles comes into contact with a lower end curved part of the gate body. CONSTITUTION:A gate body 2 is set up according to the owing conformed to the position of a hole 2A inserted into an opening adjusting pin 7. Granular particles of petroleum coke and suchlike mounted on a conveyor 1 from the outlet of a hopper H are conveyed downstream through a flow rate regulated by a void in space between a lower end of the gate body 2 and a top face of the conveyor 1 in general. On the other hand, when a large mass body is mixed in the granular particles and it comes into contact with a lower part, this part is curved in the downstream direction. In this case, since a downstream surface is pressed by a presser roller 5, partial pressing force of the mass body works as an upward force of the gate body 2, while the assist force of a balance weight 9 is also added thereto, so that the gate body 2 is pushed upward up to a position where the mass body is passable through. Subsequently, the mass body passes through, the gate body is lowered up to the setting opening again.
