    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel handling device with little energy consumption.
      SOLUTION: Seven watering areas A-G are arranged along a conveyance direction of a vessel 6, and the watering areas are respectively provided with watering nozzles 8A-8G in upper parts, and water storage tanks 10A-10G in lower parts. Water of each water storage tank is sucked out by pumps 12A-12G, sent to the watering nozzles, and sprayed into the vessel. Water of the first storage tank 10A is sent to the sixth watering nozzle 8F via a second water supply passage 18. A three way valve 22 is provided in the second water supply passage, a first passage 18aa of its upstream side is connected to one inlet 22a of the three way valve via a heat exchanger 24 for cooling, a second passage 19ab is directly connected to another inlet 22b of the three way valve, and a temperature of water to be sent is adjusted by changing an opening of the three way valve. When a flow rate is changed by changing the opening of the three way valve, a rotational frequency of the pump is controlled by an inverter 28 to provide a constant flow rate.
