    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of difficulty in arranging a reinforcing material at an optional position in the longitudinal direction of an extruded material and of large restriction of a shape and a layout in case of forming a hollow mold having a reinforcing material inside from the extruded material.
      SOLUTION: A preliminary mold 20 to be hydraulically formed into the hollow mold is provided by joining two pieces of reinforcing plates 7, 8 joined to each other at a crossing position to inner surfaces of metal plates 11, 12 and joining peripheral edge parts 16, 16' of the both metal plates 11, 12 laminated on each other through the reinforcing plates 7, 8 between them to each other. This preliminary mold 20 has an intermediate part 35 between a preliminary reinforcing part 34 on which the reinforcing plates 7, 8 are arranged and a liquid injection part 36 to which high pressure liquid is injected, and the reinforcing plates 7, 8 are not provided on this intermediate part 35.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for joining an extruded-shape in which in the case the extruded-shapes having a plurality of hollow parts partitioned with partition walls are butt-joined along the longitudinal direction, a necessary strength of the joined part containing the neighborhood of the partition walls is obtained and working for joining is easily performed, and a product of a frame assembly using this structure.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel member reduced in its thickness and weight, low in cost and enhanced in damping effect.
