SOLUTION: This dielectric sheet 10F is formed by alternately longitudinally and laterally arranging first penetration regions 2A having a high dielectric constant and second penetration regions 3A having conductivity on a non-conductive sheet-like elastomer. The width W2 and the depth W5 of the penetration regions 2A can be arbitrarily set; and the width W3 and the depth W5 of the penetration regions 3A can be arbitrarily set. The penetration regions 2A and the penetration regions 3A may be scattered. The dielectric sheet 10F has a function for complementing a circuit of an electronic component (for instance, a printed circuit board) connected to itself.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity for addition of solder at the step of soldering a lead to an edge contacting part of a print substrate such as a memory card to fix the substrate to a mother board vertically. SOLUTION: A solder transferring method employs a stamping or an electrically-conductive face, for example, a metallic surface of a pin or a pad as a medium for transferring molten solder from a remote solder storage to a solder joint part to be formed. In a preferred embodiment, a solder welded product formed on a surface-mounted pad in the previous first reflow step is transferred to an adjacent contact face by a wicking step to supply additional solder required for creating strong solder joint. When one of the contact faces is a contact part or pin on a first PCB, and another contact face is an SMT pad on a second PCB as a memory card or the like, in accordance with the step of the present invention, additional solder is not required at a second reflow step in order to create strong solder joint between the contact faces, thereby facilitating the adherence of the memory card onto the first PCB by an SMT step.
