      SOLUTION: Bobbins 3 and 4 comprise a first collar 11 having collar parts 112 and 112 at axial both ends and a pair of second collars 12 that are forced into the inner periphery of the first collar from the axial both ends and have collar parts 122 facing to the collar parts 112 of the first collar 11 at the end on the non-press-fit side. A first connection band 5 is wound on the first collar 11, and a second connection band 6 is wound between mutually facing collar parts 112 and 122 of the first collar 11 and the second collars 12. Bending parts 123 between inner peripheral cylindrical parts 121 of the second collars 12 and the collar parts 122 project from the collar parts 122 to the outside in the axial direction.

In the demolding operation by the demolding tool 20, the demolding core rods 21 are inserted in the metal rings (a), (b) of the product part A and the core rod molds 16 are pushed out of the metal rings (a), (b) at the same time to hold the pitch of the metal rings (a), (b) after demolding.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a job for assembling and repairing by setting up a torque transfer roll which piercing those to which openings of respective flange of both driving and driven shafts themselves are conformed through in the axial direction with a margin, and attaching each plate spring member connecting part of both these shafts, to both the ends. CONSTITUTION:A rod 10 is smaller in the outer diameter than each of flange openings 7 and 9, and torque in a driving shaft flange 2 is transmitted to four torque transfer rods 10a to 10d via plate spring members 12a to d and 14a to d, and also transmitted to a driven shaft flange 4 from the rod via plate spring members 16a to d and 18a to d, respectively. On the basis of deformation of these plate spring members, rotation centering on the axial direction, axial movements, movements within a surface orthogonal with the axial direction, and such a rotation as tilting a driving shaft rotational center 2' and a driven shaft rotational center 4' are made achievable in a proper manner. With this constitution, vibro-transmission between both these flange parts 2 and 4 is controlled, and thereby torque is smoothly transmittable, so that eccentricity, declination, axial movement are all absorbable by both these driving and driven shafts, whereby assembling and repairing can be done simply.

    • PURPOSE:To improve allowable torque by using one, or two or more of nylon, polyester, rayon and aromatic polyamide in twist yarn with large breaking elongation of combined yarn, and polybenzazole series in twist yarn with small thermal shrinkage. CONSTITUTION:This flexible shaft joint is formed by winding combined yarn by 10 layers inside a flange 6 formed at a collar 3, surrounding the whole part by rubber to embed it and use it as one element of a long and slender rubber elastic body 5, forming a mounting hole 1 in a short pipe 7 pressed in the collar 3, and combining these elements for 6 sets. A tension member 4 is combined yarn formed by twisting twist yarn with large breaking elongation and twist yarn with small thermal shrinkage together. The combined yarn is formed by taking up and twisting three of two polyester twist yarns 11 and one polybenzazole series twist yarn together. It is thus possible to improve allowable torque with little increase in bending spring constant at the time of heating and provide reduction in size and weight.
