摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively produce a bulky silk spun yarn, enabling the production of a woven fabric having good thickness, swollen touch and bulky soft cashmere- like feeling, capable of adjusting hot and cold temperatures in summer and winter by the air held in spaces and accordingly suitable for outer clothes use, and to provide an apparatus for producing the bulky silk spun yarn. SOLUTION: Suction air is discharged from one of the inner side surfaces of a substantially closed chamber. An air flow line substantially reaches at least around a yarn inlet port 2 of an air injection processing apparatus 1 fixed in the chamber. Cleaning air, which has been adjusted so as to enable the blowing of fly, is ejected, and a raw yarn consisting of silk spun yarn is fed into the air ejection processing apparatus 1 by means of the cleaning air ejection. The yarn is treated so as to have bulkiness by circulating flow of the introduced ejection air, and comes out from a yarn outlet port 3 of the air injection processing apparatus 1. The obtained bulky silk spun yarn 25 is sent to the outside of the chamber and wound up.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a composite textured yarn suitable for a fabric excellent in refreshingness providing a comfortable feeling of wear without being full of heat or mustiness and without causing the stickiness even with a large amount of perspiration by combining a cellulosic continuous filament yarn with a synthetic continuous filament yarn in a specific state. CONSTITUTION: This composite textured yarn is obtained by combining (A) 50-80wt.% cellulosic continuous filament yarn with (B) 20-50wt.% synthetic fiber yarn having 2.5-7 denier single filament size and the resultant combined filament yarn is then regulated to 60-90% opening degree by false twist texturing. When the yarn is formed into a fabric, the water absorption rate can be improved to >=0.003g/cm .sec and heat loss in water absorption can be improved to >=28W/m .sec. The resultant fabric is useful as clothes for summer, beddings, etc.
