    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device having excellent current characteristics and a non-conjugated polymer compound for providing the device.
      SOLUTION: The non-conjugated luminescent polymer is formed by the copolymerization of a polymerizable hole-transporting compound A, a polymerizable light-emitting compound B and a polymerizable electron-transporting compound C, wherein the difference between the ionizing potential of a homopolymer of the polymerizable hole-transporting compound A and that of a homopolymer of the polymerizable light-emitting compound B is -0.04 to +0.04 eV measured in air on a film produced by coating on an ITO substrate using a photoelectron spectrometer (AC2 or AC3: products of Riken Keiki Co.).
