      SOLUTION: The recording paper stacker comprises a recording paper holding plate which is inclined so that a discharge port side is deeper and provided turnably in the vertical direction, and an urging means for urging the recording paper holding plate upwardly so that the inclination of the recording paper holding plate is changed, according to the weight of the recording papers stacked on the recording paper holding plate. Although one example of the urging means is a coil spring, a member or a material having the spring property may be used. For example, sponge, rubber, a leaf spring, a cantilever-shaped mold member having spring properties may be used.

      SOLUTION: A paper money accumulation device includes: the paper money cassette wherein paper moneys are accumulated; an accumulated paper money counter which counts the number of paper moneys accumulated in the paper money cassette; and the detection means which detects that the paper money cassette is full of accumulated paper moneys. When the number of paper moneys counted by the accumulated paper money counter is smaller than the prescribed number, detection of paper money cassette fullness by the detection means is invalidated.
