For example, with respect to the flange part 3 of a container 4, engaging parts 7 and 8 are formed at a certain space from a heat sealable part 6. Being easy open, the heat- sealable part 6 can be easily unsealed. In the case of resealing, a repeated use can be made of these packaging materials by sealing together the engaging part 7 as an external projection and the engaging part 8 as an internal recess.

    • PURPOSE: To enable a container to be heated with micro-wave energy, printing on the upper surface of the container to be carried out and further prevent a tray from being broken when a lid is removed by a method wherein a card- board and plastic material are applied as raw material and a plastic film is applied to edges of a lid and an opening of the tray. CONSTITUTION: A tray 1 is made of thermally formed polyethyleneterephthalate and has a bent edge with a width of about 5 mm over an entire opening of the tray. A lid 2 is made of card board and plastic material. For a film or a sheet 3, polyester is preferable. Due to the film 3 inserted between the lid 2 and the tray 1 and also due to a characteristic of applied raw material, the foods contained in the container can be heated within a microwave oven while the lid is fixed to the container and further a printing can be performed in advance on the upper surface of the tray and also another printing or the like can be performed after sealing at the container.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an easy-open, oil resisting container by thermocompressibly bonding a laminate body consisting of a peelable adhesive layer and a support layer as a lid material to a container body consisting of aromatic polycarbonate and thermoplastic polyester. CONSTITUTION:A packaging container consists of a container body and a lid material. The container body consists of polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate or a mixture thereof, i.e. 0-100wt.% thermoplastic polyester and 0-100wt.% aromatic polycarbonate and the lid material is a laminate with a peelable adhesive layer formed on a support layer. The support layer is the film of isophthalic acid modified polyethylene terephthalate, the peelable adhesive layer consists of an easily separable layer and heat adhesive layer, the easily separable layer is provided in contact with the support layer and a thermocompression layer is provided on the easily separable layer. The thermocompression layer can be bonded thermocompressibly to the container body, the easily separable layer is of low crystalline copolymer polyester and the thermocompression layer consists of crystalline copolymer polyester. After thermocompression bonding of the container body and the lid material, a separation strength is adjusted to 0.3-0.8kg/7mm width to permit an easy separation of the lid material.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a container having a pressure resisting sealing performance and easy to open and not requiring a precise matching in position at the time of heat sealing by a method wherein dot-like small recess parts having a specific pitch and depth are formed on a flange at a specific width all around the periphery of the flange from the innermost circumference of the flange formed of a multilayer sheet to its outer peripheral extremity. CONSTITUTION:A container 1 has a lamination strength of 300-2000g/25mm between a seal layer 4 and its adjoining layer 5, a thickness of the seal layer of 1-70mum, the seal layer formed of a multilayer sheet 1 and a flange 2 formed thereon. The flange 2 is provided at a width of 1-3mm from its innermost circumference to the outer peripheral extremity all around the periphery thereof with dot-like small recess parts 7 formed at a pitch of 0.3-0.8mm and having a recess depth d=1t-10t (wherein (d) is recess depth and (t) is the thickness of the seal layer). The entire surface of the flange 2 is heat sealed to a lid in such a manner that seal strength between the flange surface and the lid becomes equal to and exceeds that between the seal layer and the adjoining layer of the container body.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a tab from being bent or deformed by a method wherein a container film is provided with the scores formed between a flange part and a tab part extending inwardly from the outer peripheral edges thereof but leaving an interval between the scores and the flange part and the tab part are connected by a narrow score-free part. CONSTITUTION:A packing body 22 is composed integrally of a container 11 formed of film 10, a flange part 14 provided around the periphery thereof and a tab part 15 adjoining to the flange part. Since scores 12 extends to the outer peripheral edge of the packing body 22 defined by a contour line, the flange part and the tab part are connected by a score-free part 13 between the two scores 12 to hinder the detachment of the tab part from the flange part. A lid film 20 is adhesively sealed to the surfaces of both the flange part 14 and the tab part 15. To remove the lid film 20 from the packing body 22, the tab part 15 is bent with respect to the flange part 14 to tear off only the score-free part 13 consisting of the container film and the lid film 20 is peeled off from the flange part 14 with the tab part 15 held between the fingers.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a gas-barrier layer from being peeled off and provide the feature of a stable unpacking by a method wherein a relief groove is located all around the upper surface of an outer layer part of a container at a predetermined distance from its inner peripheral edge to the outside, and the outer peripheral edge of a gas-barrier layer is extended into the relief groove. CONSTITUTION:Since the outer peripheral edge of a gas-barrier layer 23 is located in a relief groove 25 provided in the outer layer part 22 of a container 20, the outer peripheral edge thereof is kept out of contact with a lid 21. When the lid 21 is being peeled off, therefore, the exertion of a pulling force by the lid 21 on the outer peripheral edge of the gas-barrier layer 23 can be avoided. As a result, the resistance of the gas-barrier layer 23 to the pulling force of the lid 21 at both the inner and outer sides thereof attached to the lid 21 is created, thereby preventing the outer peripheral part of the gas-barrier layer 23 from being peeled off together with the lid upon unpacking. The gas-barrier layer 23 and the lid 21 can be attached together at a constant width between the relief groove 25 of the outer layer part 22 and the inner peripheral edge 22b thereof all around the periphery. Therefore, an adhesive strength between the container 20 and the lid 21 becomes uniform all around the periphery thereof and the lid can be peeled off from any point by an equal force.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a stronger sealing strength than the legal standards to enable even aged persons or children to unseal a packed vessel, by forming a base vessel material from a fusion bonded sheet made of easily cohesive failing plastics and difficult cohesive failing plastics films and providing protrusions with recessed parts at the base materials side and protrusive parts at the innermost layer side at the flange of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A stretched protrusion 3-2 is hot-pressed at the internal circular of the flange 11 and an innermost plastics layer 4-3 is broken by hot-pressing. And hence, the thickness of the protrusion 3-2 of an easily cohesive failing plastics layer 4-2 becomes thin. Next, the outer peripheral protrusion of the flange is heat-sealed with a cover material but on the other hand, the inner peripheral protrusion of the flange is apart from the inner edge of the heat seal part 1mm or more without heat-sealing with the cover material. On unsealing the innermost plastics layer 4-3 made thin and heat-deteriorated at the outer peripheral protrusion is brocken by pulling up the edge of cover. An intermediate layer 4-2 having the easily cohesive failing property at the edge section of the vessel flange 11 is cohesive-failed and the thinnest part of the innermost plastics layer 4-3 is broken to be unpacked.
