    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which color contrast of the concave face portion of a stamp surface and the convex face portion into which ink permeates is clarified, concretely concealing property is improved relating to the white convex portion of the stamp surface, yellowish white color is corrected to develop noticeable white color, and further light stability of the white color can be enhanced in an ink permeating type printing material containing a shielding white inorganic pigment.
      SOLUTION: In the ink permeating type printing material, the shielding white inorganic pigment and a fluorescent whitening agent are contained in a thermoplastic resin, thereupon, and the concave face portion constituted of a two layer structure in which a fluorescent white film is formed on the surface of the fluorescent white resin is formed by applying printing face processing by heating to the surface of the surface of the printing material, thereby the color contrast to the convex portion into which the ink permeates is clarified.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a stamping face by which the stamping face can be formed even on the peripheral edge of a thermoplastic-resin porous seal material.
      SOLUTION: In this method for preparing the stamping face, an infrared exposure machine including: a main body, which incorporates an infrared irradiation apparatus and in which an infrared light-transmittable transparent plate is attached to the top face; and a pressurizing plate, which can pressurize toward the transparent plate from the main body, is used. A transparent or translucent rubber sheet, a draft and a thermoplastic-resin porous seal material, in which the seal face is not formed are placed in this order on the transparent plate to obtain a laminated state, and then the rubber sheet, the draft and the porous seal material are irradiated with the infrared light rays from the transparent plate side while a pressure is imparted thereto with the pressurizing plate from above so as to be made in close contact with each other, thereby forming the stamping face on the surface of the porous seal material by using a non-porous protective film nonpermeable with ink and the remainder permeable with ink.
