Thus, it is possible to prevent the bucket 60 from being damaged or merchandise from being jumped out due to its fall impact, and it is not necessary to provide any complicate structure for preventing the free fall of the bucket 60. Also, since the bucket 60 is not locked, it is possible to manually move the bucket 60 in the case of a maintenance operation for selling resumption.
