    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor having a temperature sensing element of low thermal expansion which can prevent a disconnection in the temperature sensor and is excellent in reliability under wide range environment and can be manufactured at a low cost.SOLUTION: The temperature sensor 1 includes: a temperature sensing element 2, whose electric characteristic is changed with temperature, consisting of low thermal expansion ceramics having linear expansion coefficients of 3×10to 5×10/°C; a pair of electrode films 20 prepared on the surface of the temperature sensing element; and a pair of lead wires 21 joined to the electrode films 20 while having the linear expansion coefficients of 15×10or smaller. When the liner expansion coefficients of the temperature sensing element 2, the electrode films 20 and lead wires 21 are respectively expressed as T, Tand T, the temperature sensor 1 satisfies a relation of T≤T≤T.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric measuring method capable of measuring physical characteristics including electrification of a sample even in a humidity (water vapor) atmosphere, and a thermoelectric measuring apparatus therefor.
      SOLUTION: In this thermoelectric measuring apparatus, a measuring sample 10 which is powder formed to have a prescribed shape is arranged inside an electric furnace 30 which is a heating and temperature-raising part stored in a thermostat having a three-layer (51, 52, 53) structure (a double-layered structure is also available) having a measuring chamber 50 formed inside, and, while raising the temperature, a thermal stimulated current is detected by a micro-ammeter 20 connected to an electrode provided oppositely to the sample 10. The apparatus is also equipped with a water vapor generation apparatus 100 for introducing the water vapor atmosphere having a prescribed value into the measuring chamber 50 in the thermostat. The temperature of constant-temperature water from a constant-temperature water feeding device for supplying the constant-temperature water into the thermostat is set slightly higher than the temperature of the water vapor atmosphere from the water vapor generation apparatus 100.
