摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose clamp which can slowly contract a fastening ring in diameter.
SOLUTION: The hose clamp is composed of the fastening ring 1 bent so as to have a C-shape and a pair of grips radially erecting from both ends of the fastening ring 1 so as to cross each other. One grip 2A is wide and the other grip 2B is narrow. A securing part 4 and an engaging part are provided between the pair of grips. After moving the pair of grips close to each other and the engaging part is secured with the securing part, if the pair of grips are moved closer to a circumference direction, the other grip moves sidewise via a tapered guide part 5 and the engaging part moves in an unengaging direction. Then, a fastening ring contracts in the diameter without the engaging part contacting with the securing part. On the fastening ring near one of the grips, the tapered guide part is provided with a step 6 higher than a general surface of the fastening ring by a plate thickness.
