    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a cylinder member made from a fiber-reinforced resin, wherein a cylinder material made from a resinous fiber can be adhered to a cylinder member having collars to be bound directly to an engine box, etc. by a simple procedure keeping orientation of a fiber at its initial orientation position without the necessity folding an edge part of a fiber layer impregnated with a non-cured resin.
      SOLUTION: In the method, there is provided a substrate material 10 equipped with a mandrill 1 and an edge-attaching material 2 having a spread part having a longer diameter than the mandrill and a projection part, which is attached to one edge of the mandrill, a fiber impregnated with a non-cured rein is wound in whoop around an outer periphery of the mandrill 1 to form the first winding layer 3, a fiber is further wound helically on its outer periphery to form the second winding layer 4, an edge of the second winding layer 4 and the edge-attaching material 2 are cut off from the mandrill 1 to form an inserting space 7, a cylinder material 6 having collars is inserted into the inserting space 7, a fiber is wound in whoop on an outer periphery of the second winding layer 4 to form the third winding layer 5, and the resultant is subjected to a heat treatment.

    • PURPOSE:To strongly fix a bracket to a core material, by setting a resin bracket having a large number of trapezoidal strip shaped notch parts as mount parts in a mold and integrating the same along with a core material comprising a polypropylene composite material by press molding. CONSTITUTION:The protruded part 5 of a resin bracket 3 having a mount part 6 comprising a large number of strip like razor shaped notch parts 8 each with a trapezoidal cross-sectional area is engaged with the recessed part 10 of a lower mold 9 and a heated core material 2 comprising a polypropylene composite material is set on said mold 9 and an upper mold 11 is closed to perform press molding. Because the resin of the core material 2 is melted to be penetrated into the inclined parts 8a of the notch parts 8, the bracket is strongly fixed to the core material and, at the same time, a plurality of the brackets can be fixed. This method is suitable for the manufacturing of a car interior product such as a door trim or instrument panel.
