After a marking is put on the elements (1) at the last position, the frame (2) goes straight and is transferred to the position P2 so that elements (1) situated at the last position are arranged at the position P2 and while a marking is started on the following lead frame (2), the mechanism (3) inspects in order the marked state of the uninspected semiconductor elements (1) while moving the camera (5) for inspection use toward the transfer forward direction.

    • PURPOSE:To improve taping efficiency by a method wherein when a work is taken out for taping from a reed frame in which various kinds of works having various features are coexist, the feature generated from the rest of works is predicted based on the features of the works which have been generated, and the works are successively taped in order of high generation probability. CONSTITUTION:N0 part is an initial throwing-in part for determining a taping feature of N1 part. N1-Nn is a taping block, and within each block, works of the same feature are taped. n0=nn is the throw-in number by which the works actually flow. First, the works of a feature generated most frequently in the works which flow in N0 part, are taped in N1 part. Next, the works of a feature generated most frequently in the works which flow in N1 part are taped in N2 part. By repeating this motion successively, in Nk part, the works of a feature generated most frequently in N(k-1) part are taped. By this, the works can be successively taped in order of high generation probability of feature.

After completion of the takeout, the handling part 5 is shifted to a zero position of a work stock conveyor part 6, a work of the stick unit 36 is transferred onto this stock conveyor part 6 and fed to the pallet 8 of the feed conveyor by a work fitting part 9.     • PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a work by providing the tape bend preventing member whose tip part is projected by the prescribed length on the upper part electrode. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical tape bend preventing member 15 consisting of a synthetic resin material is fixed to the upper part electrode 12 composed of the electrode material of a molybdenum, etc., and formed in an axial shape and the tip part of the electrode 12 is made in the state of projecting by the prescribed length in about 0.1mm from its lower end face. A pellet 3 is placed on the lower part electrode 14, a taping material 2 is piled thereon and the resistance welding is performed by electrifying with the descent of the upper part electrode 12 on the lower part electrode 14. In this case, the generation of the residual deflection of the work 2 is prevented because the bend preventing member 15 presses under the heating the surface of the work 2 over the prescribed area. Consequently the deformation of the work 2 can be prevented in this way.

CONSTITUTION:A connector pin (work) C provided with a straight lead A is placed on a die 3 on a die plate 2, and by guide rod 18 of a pad 10 which is energized by a spring 16 and inserted through an open hole part 8a of an arm 8, the work is positioned and fixed to a mold body 5 of a descending ram. Also, when a punch 4 descends, a punch 9 of the tip of the arm 8, which has been positioned by a pin 7 and stoppers 12, 13 bends vertically the lead A. Subsequently, by drawing up a hydraulic cylinder 11, the arm 8 is inclined forward by using the pin as a supporting point and the punch 9 presses the lead A against a tapered face 3a of the side face of th die 3. The lead A of the work C which has been taken out becomes an exact vertical bend by spring- back. Vertical bending of the lead A is executed exactly by one process, and the man-hours are reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To hook the end-of-winding of linear material reliably to a spool by making thin the hooking position of one flange of winding frame to be pierced by the end-of-winding of linear material then bending the tip to be hooked to the flange. CONSTITUTION:Linear material 1 is cut through predetermined operation of each member 5-9 in hooking device A. Then the tip section 1b of the end-of-winding 1a of linear material 1 is hooked and bent by 90 deg. in the direction of thin section 13 of the flange 11b. Thereafter, the hooking device A constituted of the members 5-9 is moved in the arrow direction to pierce the tip section 1b at the end- of-winding 1a of the hooked linear material through thin section 13 of flange 11b thus to penetrate the thin section 13 with the end section 1a. The tip section 1b is bent along the bending face 10' of holder 4 and hooked to the recess in the flange 11b. Consequently, the hooking condition is stabilized to never rattle the end-of-winding under transportation nor to loosen the linear material and to protect the linear material from rusting due to the water intruded through the gap of hole.

The carriage equipment starts in the negative Z-direction, in matching with the timing of the moving in a T- direction and reaches a point D. When the carriage equipment stops at a point D in the Y-direction and decelerates in the Z-direction at the maximum acceleration, the carriage equipment has velocity in the negative Z-direction by which the carriage equipment stops at a point B. From the point D to the point B, the carriage equipment operates uniform deceleration movement in the Z- direction at the maximum acceleration.
