    • PURPOSE: To perform a collision jet cooling of a favorable heat conductivity by a method wherein a first temperature zone which introduces a food in a tunnel is set to be a non-freezing temperature zone of a specified temperature range, and after removing steam being vaporized in the non-freezing temperature zone as liquid drops, the food is made to enter a freezing temperature zone. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel type refrigerator 31 in which a net conveyor 14 to transfer a food in the direction shown by arrow is provided is divided into 3 zones, and the first temperature zone 10 is set to be a non-freezing temperature zone of a temperature range of approx. 0-5 deg.C. In the non-freezing temperature zone, vaporized steam is removed as liquid drops, and by the removal, an unnecessary steam of the food is removed at the non-freezing temperature zone. Then, in a zone 11 where a high speed cool gas is blown to the food, the food is rapidly frozen while preventing a dripping from generating, and in a zone 12 for cold-keeping, the food is stored under a frozen state. By this method, a collision jet type cooling of a favorable heat conductivity can be performed without relying upon a plate fin type heat-exchanger.

    • PURPOSE:To promote high speed and large capacity easily while reducing an outer diameter by making a circumscribed rotator into rotation and revolution by means of an eccentric turning shaft in a state that an inscribed trochoidal body is locked, and simultaneously rotating a side cover. CONSTITUTION:In an inscribingly fixed trochoidal body 1, a trochoidal tooth form is supported by a cylindrical frame. In addition, an circumscribed rotator 2 with an outer circumferential tooth form generated by this tooth form is installed in an inner space of the trochoidal body 1 rotatably and revolbably via an eccentric turning shaft 4. Further a pair of sliding turntables 5 and 6 are installed at both sides of a pair of fitting gears 1 and 2 consisting of the trochoidal body 1 and the circumscribed rotator 2 and then locked to a tuning shaft 4b. On the other hand, an inlet port and a discharge port are formed in the paired sliding turntables 5 and 6. In succession, a suction pipe 23 and a discharge pipe 24 are connected to a suction chamber 21 and a discharge chamber 22 surrounded by both the sliding turntables 5, 6, a pair of side covers 27, 28 and a frame 29.

    • PURPOSE:To enable producing foam containing residuum of organic and inorganic solids in sludge which can be burnt into ash by forming in a foaming vessel a multiplicity of bodies of foam containing scum and solid residuum in a setup to feed the resulting foam to a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:An agitating mill 3 grinds with agitation a mixture of foul water which is composed of scum X1 and solid residuum X2 taken out from a primary storage tank 1 and foul water X3 containing floating residuum which had been in the primary storage tank 1 and has been transferred to a secondary storage tank 2 for storage and is added to the scum X1 and solid residuum X2 as they are fed to the agitating mill 3. In the agitating mill 3 a surface-active agent and a neutralizing agent are added to the mixture of foul water, which is next carried by a conveyance line P5, including a pump 5 and piping, and fed to a foaming vessel 6. Foaming takes place in this foaming vessel 6 by feeding of compressed air to the scum, etc., therein. The foam conveyed toward the chamber by a foams-conveyance line 8 is drawn out from an opening by suction toward the incineration chamber 10, inside which the finely divided liquid waste fed in a jet is exposed to a flame of gas injected from a gas burner.
