摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a technology that, after subjecting a biomass stock to sulfuric acid treatment, polysaccharides or oligosaccharides in the resultant aqueous sulfuric acid solution can be efficiently separated therefrom and retrieved. SOLUTION: A method of saccharification and retrieval for biomass is provided, comprising the following process: Polysaccharides or oligosaccharides eluted after subjecting a biomass stock to sulfuric acid treatment are separated from the resultant aqueous sulfuric acid solution using an insoluble material having the activity of binding to the polysaccharides or oligosaccharides in the aqueous sulfuric acid solution. An adsorbent for polysaccharides or oligosaccharides, with an active ingredient consisting of an inorganic substance prepared via a mineral's acid treatment step, is provided. A column for analyzing or aliquoting saccharides using the adsorbent, and a method for analyzing or aliquoting saccharides using the column, are also provided, respectively. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oligonucleotide for detecting salmonella, and a method for quickly identifying a serotype using that.SOLUTION: Three genes having high specificity to each of three serotypes ST, SH and SI have been selected by in silico genome comparison analysis. A multiplex PCR system for simultaneously detecting those genes and four invA genes known to be specific to the genus Salmonella has been established. Specificity of the multiplex PCR method as a method for identifying the three serotypes has been verified using field-isolated strains to learn that all the genes specific to the three serotypes are amplified with the serotypes. In other serotypes, no examples positive to the three genes have been found except some exceptions. Thus, those three serotypes can be identified in a short time by means of the multiplex PCR using a built primer or primers.
