      SOLUTION: The modular kitchen 1 includes: a sink 20; a water delivery part 10; an electromagnetic valve 40 for switching delivery water from the water delivery part; a manual valve 42 for switching the delivery water from the water delivery part and adjusting flowing temperature; a sensor part for acquiring information about an object to be detected present in a detection area; and a control unit for determining whether or not it is right to delivery water and controlling opening/closing of the electromagnetic valve on the basis of a detection signal obtained from the sensor part. The sensor part is installed in the sink. A main flow path for supplying the water delivery part with fluid is branched into a first branching flow path for supplying the water delivery part with the fluid via a branching part but not via the main flow path. The main flow path arranges the electromagnetic valve, whereas the branch flow path arranges the manual valve. The control unit includes a prohibition mode in which to prohibit opening/closing the electromagnetic valve on the basis of the detection signal obtained from the sensor part.
