摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive not to form an inflated part on the surface of a base material and to improve the drawing strength of a bracket, by placing a top layer fleece on a bottom layer fleece where the bracket is placed, fitting the bracket into a bracket hole of said fleece, and hot-pressing the obtained laminate of the bottom layer fleece and the top layer fleece. CONSTITUTION:A bottom layer fleece 1C prepared by mixing and entangling fibers and a binder is placed on the face of a bottom force 32 of a hot-press mold 3 consisting of a top force 31 and the bottom force 32, and a bracket 2 having a bottom face wherein flanges 24 and 24 are projected from both lower ends is placed on a specified position of the top face of the lower layer fleece 1C. A top layer fleece 1D, which has the same constitution as that of the bottom layer fleece 1C and a bracket hole 11D set at a position corresponding to the position of the bracket on the bottom layer fleece 1C, is placed on the top, then the bracket 2 is fit into the bracket hole 11D. The laminate of the bottom layer fleece 1C and the top layer fleece 1D is hot-pressed by a top force 31 and the bottom force 32 of a hot-press mold 3 to make the bottom layer fleece 1C and the top layer fleece 1D into resin boards 1A and 1B respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make the height of a seat part adjustable separately in front and in the rear and its control ever so easy, by making a lifter device separate in front and in the rear, while installing a mechanism, consisting of a link, a tooth groove plate, a connecting rod and a gear, in the rear part. CONSTITUTION:A lifter device consisting of an interlocking shaft 11, each of links 21 and 41 and a tooth groove link 31 is installed in a front end part of a cushion frame 1. An interlocking shaft 12, a link 22 and a bent link 32 are all installed in a rear end part of the cushion frame 1, while a connecting rod 60 is rotatably attached to an end part which locks the interlocking shaft 12 of the bent link 32. This connecting rod 60 is rotatably attached to a tooth groove plate 61 as well, and then a gear 64 engaging a tooth groove of the tooth groove plate 61 is rotatably attached to a setting part 62. The gear 64 is secured tight to a shaft 7 which is in turn attached to an operating part 8.
